I grew up in Wisconsin. And have done my 20 plus years in driving doubles. Sometimes empty. But youâre calmness and spunky attitude puts you on a different level. Nothing short of inspiring !! Stay safe out there. â€
Aw thanks Manuel! Thereâs always the days that really get to you out here especially when it seems like itâs just roadblock after roadblock! I appreciate your nice comment! Be safe out here also. â€
When you are dead heading the company you work for does not have to pay you?
Thats crazy
This girl is a trip
I have to take a major crap âŠ.. lol
That must suck being in the truck & no place to stop
Wtf
Dammmm
Becca good thing you were not far
Becca seems to have a lot of patience, knowledge & common sense
@@bigrigbecca Ever looked into EV Trucks ? top example the 500 mile Tesla gen1 Semi...
The biggest takeaway from this encounter is to check your securement inventory everytime you get a new trailer. Canât have enough equipment for the unexpected situation especially when itâs your personal safety on the line. Keep up the great videos
Becca, nice save. Honestly, you got very lucky. Not trying to harp or fuss, but just as a safety precaution, always over strap / chain your load. For over size, always run signs, flags and lights just to be sure. For a cheap set of tools, drop by Home Depot or Lowes and pick up a ratchet set ( Thorson or Craftsman both have lifetime warranties) a couple Phillips and Flathead screwdrivers, pliers and an adjustable wrench or two. That's not everything, but it gets you most of what you'll need. 39+ years of OTR, if you need some help, give me a shout.
Wow scary shit đł I feel like you ain't taking this seriously enough. I think you need head ache rack on that tractor. I would like to see more chains and straps đ I have seen to many drivers killed when load comes through sleeper just stopping for a light. Your life is worth more than a hurry up flatbed oversized load of junk. Because that's what it will be when it hits the ditch. Safe travels to you, trust your gut. You knew that load wasn't safe. You drop that trailer and go get what you need. Or you don't load it in first place. Glad you are OK. Safe travels
Your job is nerve racking. Prayers for safety. You are a tough gal.
Yes she is nice job Becca
She sure is!!
Thank you guys! â€ïžđđ
Great interaction with the police!
They are here to Protect and to SERVE. He helped out!
Glad it worked out.
Glad to see you did not get hurt when the load shifted. Stay safe out there Becca
I was lucky it didnât happen anywhere else tbh! Thank you, stay safe also â€ïžđ
You need edge protectors for straps on metal, theyâll just cut through the straps, vibrating and when you tighten them down, plus the straps get cuts and shouldnât really be reused, best of luck to you, I sure wouldnât do flat bedding again
Glad đ helped out. Hope all is well đđŒđźâ€ïž
On the oversize signs you can always pop the hood and wrap a bungie cord over the top of the bumper then down underneath it back to the sign on the bottom corner. You might even be able to get it through the gap in the hood/bumper with it closed.
You crack me up đ đ€Łđ. Your also an awesome flatbed driver. đđšđšđš
A BIG HUG đ€ ON YOUR WAY TO KEEP YOU SAFE ON THE ROAD..
Becca , you always pull through no matter what is youre doing. Youre inspiring for sure. You make the best of it each trip.
Dam, when you said load shifted I did not expect that ! I agree with the other comments, please push for a headache rack if they are going to have you run loads like this, coils and pipe !
Headache rack does not stop loads from crashing into the back of your truck. A bulkhead on the trailer however will help tremendously. This girl is going to kill someone! She should not be doing open bed without training.
@@Rocksteady176 well she just quit is getting a new job likely hauling hazmat loads, so I don't think she'll be doing flat bed again đââïž
@@charlieromeoh I pray she goes to dry van.
âš Hello đ€ Having been in transportation after 32 years and training...I have to say I'm very impressed with how well you handle yourself in tough situations. I do have to ask ..Did you use your chains in tie downs? I would think the chains âïž would be a great initial securement and also the straps ...If you're short ratchet straps...You could tie a knot in the strap and use a pry bar or pipe and twist it to tighten it and wedge it in deck slots ..Also remember it's a wooden deck. You could add wooden braces not just for that load but having some 4 x4 wood blocks could come in handy ..if that load is stacked 4 high. I would have strapped bottom 2 front , middle, center ..And when other 2 are stacked then throw straps over the top and sides ...And possibly wrap chains or straps under and around the load since you have access to sliding straps under the load ...Wrap like a twist tie or bow tie...Ends and center ...Also in a pinch. Tractor supply and Harbor Freight Tools have straps and tie down ratchets ...âšđ€Keep up the great work. Keep smiling and travel safely ...Thanks for being a awesome person âșïžđ€łđž
Well done, Becca. I know a lot of drivers who would have cracked the sads with that load and taken off. You were professional and gotta done calmly with no fuss.
"I have to take a major crap". You don't get that anywhere else on CZcams, that's why you da man!đ
"she's got a fatty" HAS ME DEAD HAHAH, LOVE YOU BECCA!
I had to laugh when you said â I really have to crap âand then the day turn to s*it lol đtypical Monday morning đđđ
Great video. If we didnât know before, itâs clear that you are a great truck driver! Very inspiring for wannabes like myself. Drive safe. Quebec, Canada. đ
Thanks so much! â€ïžđ
Get rid of that step-trailer and get your regular flat trailer back. Stay warm and be careful .
Whatâs wrong with step

Big rig Becca đ đ. These videos crack me the freak up!!! I feel like I'm sitting right there in the truck laughing with you. Be safe out there and remember to come visit me in Michigan!!! Keep the videos coming you are awesome and I appreciate you
I love your videos. Iâm a truck driver as well I like seeing different peoples day.
Glad you got to drop your load(s) safely
Wow⊠great patients under extremely challenging situation. I respect the professionalism. You go girl!! Keep up the great job!!
Great video Big Strapper. I bet you learned a few new things on that load. I use to love doing oversized with an RGN. Did a lot of big loads on that RGN. Every loads had something new to learn. You were so lucky that load shifted where it did. I have had that happen also. It seems so much is learnt by oneâs mistakes. I made my fair share of them. I sure looked stupid at times. Always look forward to your videos Big Strapper. You have a great and a safe day. Happy trails and happy motoring.
Hello Becca, I'm from Indonesia and I love your videos, your Frightliner truck is really cool. I am a truck simulator gamer, basically I just sit in my room and drive unreal trucks. And then your video popped up on my youtube homepage, and it immediately made me ashamed of myself. watching girls become real truckers, and I'm a guy who drives an unreal truck.. damn..that's sucks..đ€Ł
Keep do what you do Becca, people love it, greetings to your dogs zeke and benji..đđ€
That's funny đ Maybe if you play the simulator enough you will decide to try the real thing one day and already have a leg up on the other beginner's đâđ»
Glad you're safe Becca đ€ what a crazy video!!
I just keep saying ,your the best because you are !
Always an interesting story when things donât go to plan, super nice vid, thanks đ
And get you some good cold weather boots and gear for those cold places you go to get your loads or drop-offs. Stay safe and stay warm
Gday mate from Brisbane Australia đŠđș!!! From your description!!! Just another stepping stone !!!! Part of the job being a truck driver flatbedder for life!!!! Shit happens !!!! Tomorrow is another day!!! Tc take care becs drive safe !!! An keep on trucking!!!! âïžđâïž
Thank you Mrs Becca for another great video. Things can change quickly in this industry as you can see, but you did a great job in handling the situation and fixing the problem. Your attitude is what this industry is missing. Thank you for all your hard work in keeping America moving. Until next time, keep it rolling.
I'm impressed. You're the hardest working driver on CZcams.
Have you seen Timelapse Trucker?!
Heâs awesome too!!
I always like it when you drop a new video. I think you are energetic and entertaining.
Yay thank you! Iâm glad you enjoy my channel it means a lot, I try to keep in entertaining haha! đ€đâ€ïž
You are doing a good job! Iâm considering getting my cdl and switching careers after watching you and some other CZcamsrs. Everyone seems to love it.
Two awesome copilots Becca u have
I see they figured out the low levelers but there should have been one more towards the center to keep it from bending.
I really enjoyed your video. You're a great driver and you really do your job well.
Stay safe and drive safe.
Hi Becca wow its all happening to ya this trip stay safe sweet and looking at that weather make sure you stay warm.Looking in from the uk
Yeah!!! You got the step deck. Right on!
Good job woman! Still want that dinner!đ
I agree with the other people who said to drop your trailer and go get more securement supplies. I know exactly where you were because I live about 45 miles from Morris. There definitely aren't many truck stops near the area, especially ones that have the straps and chains you need, but it might have been faster than the roadway debacle with the cops. Luckily, Morris is a quiet little town with not much going on so the cops probably had fun that night.
You are doing a great job, keep it up đ
Well done. BRB You can always unhook and go buy straps âŠâŠ.. and get some belly wrap action to help as well. đđ€đŒâïžâïž
Great video, your amazing Becca
Love the work you do so I Subbed. đđHave safe journeys in your deliveries & may God keep you safe always.đ đ đ
Hi Becca and puppies excellent video enjoying it police officer was awesome for helping and as always you and puppies be safe đșđžđșđžđșđž

love your videos! I'm just getting into the truck business at 33 years old haha. I'm gonna work locally here in the port of Houston. Keep at it!
Safe travels trucking Becca
Hi Rebecca ! Cruising the you'bt, and just noticed your channel. Coz iÂŽm an old guy not much time / effort to spent on line. Haa, great chapters, and great humor with dogs, which is very fresh to follow in our life. ...will continue to follow ! Best regards from Finland ( moving flat beads with excavators and others junks for almost lifetime... )
I am so glad that I find your channel I really like your videon the way to you make them
You probably get this comment allot, but holy shit like not even trying to hype you up but you have amazing eyes! They are so cool!
should watch how "Supertrucker Dan" straps loads like that. He also twists his straps.
So glad things worked out cause it could of been so much worse. Stay safe you and the pupsđ
Thank you!đđźâđš
Whew !! ......Ms. Becca,......đ to You, stay safe out there đđŁïž, đ
Good job Becca!! đȘ
Why would they load that on a step deck and a tractor with no headache rack ? Wow you are amazingly calm, cool , and very brave! Keep up the amazing work and be safe always
Headache racks are no longer required, they are for equipment storage and will not stop forward movement.
Love that quaint turn of phrase " I have to take a major crap " LOL !!
LOL sorry đđźâđš
You go girl. I drive a school bus and thought I was tough. Stay safe............ Tim
Please please pleaseeeeee make them put you a headache rack on that truck! Hauling stuff like that....just one hard brake and they will come right thru your cab no shit.....stay safe out there becca!
Well done!
good job, young lady you rock, greetings from canton beach NSW Australia
Crazy to know, I was right behind yah in Montana. Drove from Billings to Bozeman on Sunday. That wind definitely sucked. Hope you made it out of Idaho for that winter storm Olive. I guess Iâll have to f around and find out for the next episode.
Man, I was nervous for you that whole video, you toughed it out and got there safely, Iâd be too nervous to haul something like that, Holy dawgchit, you are a very good driver, but I wouldnât want to be out West in the winter but I guess I would if I had to, geez! Good deal driver!
I hope to see you one of these days to give you a Big Big hug đ€
Good job!!
You get me to laugh every time you talk about when you have to crap. I call those close encounters "The Turd is Prairie Doggin"

Be safe Ms Becca.. God bless you.. watching from Philippines đ”đđ”đđ”đđ”đđ”đđ”đ
Good job đ
I SEE YOUR VIDEOS EVERY CHANCE I GET THEY ARE AWESOME
You were lucky when the officer stopped after your load shifted. He could have ticketed you for improper load securement and 2 missing mudflaps. The missing winches and mudflaps should have been noted and corrected during your pre-trip. Then additional tickets would have been for not having your triangles out, being disabled and not having the load flagged for oversize. The difference between 4 and 10 ft over hang would be easy to guess at, even without measuring. Another way to take a quick guess is to stretch your arms straight out from your shoulders. Most people can span a distance equal to your height.
When you covered the square black box in the front center of your bumper. you disabled your automatic collision avoidance braking system and also disabled your cruise control.
Dang, thatâs a sketchy load especially without a headache rack on the truck. Iâd be nervous lol
I used to live about 30 miles south of Fargo. Saying âIâm colder than a MFâ is a bit of an understatement in the winter â€â€â€
It crazy out huuurr in them streets! With that load out tharr with that 66ft baddie bootyđ€Łđ€Ł. You cracking me up! Love it!
Nice work!
Nice job, you went with your gut and it paid off.
Whew, damn girl, you were a mess this tripâŠlol! I love it, just reminds me that Iâm not the only one that has stupid shit happen to them.
Just a few friendly suggestions; 1. Make sure to remove those magnetic lights every night, or someone else will. 2. I would buy a couple of those yellow ratcheting binders where the handles fold down because they have hole in the handle to place a lock so it makes it a lot harder for someone to remove them. Then use those to chain down your levelers or else some thieving jackass will take them like they did your strap winches. And 3. Save those old straps. I cut down and make some of my old straps a lot shorter for stuff like securing my rolled up tarps on deck, or for securing really short loads instead of dealing with 30â of strap. And any that are just fubar, I cut up to use as flexible strap protection on the sharp stuff.
Anyway, I admire the hell out your spunky go getâer attitude, it really is a breath of fresh air these days! Be safe and keep us laughing.
Keep safe and keep on trucking beks đâ€ïžđȘ
Hello Becca, hope your safe and doing good. When ya headed back here to Texas
Stay safe brave girl!
You were blessed with a great police officer that cared.
