Hi Payal, broccoli is genetically modified man made vegetable. Don’t eat it. Your son is just a baby still so it’s even more bad for kids. Looks like you don’t know about broccoli. Payal they send luggage to your house if the luggage gets delayed/accidentally ends up somewhere else or if its the mistake of airlines. When the luggage ended up on the conveyer belt and u forget to collect it.. then it is not their fault.Its your mistake anybody else would have taken your luggage with them. The airline handles issue related to luggage completely differently if it got lost by their mistake than yours. Stop blaming the airline for your mistake.. u could have just ended up at jfk right when u found out u forgot your luggage not waited for airline to call/email u… u should be glad they still held your luggage and did not put it in trash.

You left your suitcase. It was not airlines fault. Thats why it was not delivered to your doorstep. Airlines is not responsible for your mistakes.
They will only drop your luggage if the luggage got lost due to the airline negligence.
In this case it was your fault not Ethiyad’s fault. Not good to give bad reviews for the airline.
She always complains when things don't go her way, it's always somebody's fault not hers
You can’t expect an airline to mail your luggage home, especially when it’s your own fault for leaving it behind!
Happy birthday to Rai 🎉🎉🎊 By the way, blaming Etihad really don’t make sense here. Any Airlines don’t send luggage at home if it is forgotten at Airport by passenger’s oversight. Airlines only send luggage at home if it didn’t arrived on flight (Airlines own mistake) or by any chance if someone’s luggage has been taken away by other passenger (this happened with me). So whoever have advised you that Airlines will send at home is wrong information. In case of passenger’s mistake of either forgetting thing at security or luggage on belt, passengers themselves has to follow up with airlines or airport’s loss and found department. So there is no after service issue of Etihad here. Sorry to correct you here but blaming good airlines for your own mistake is not fair with airlines.

Totally agree. I came to comment section to mention same thing. Glad there are others too who understand that it is not airlines mistake. Passengers are responsible to pick up their luggage without forgetting and if they forget then like any other place passengers have to go and inquire in lost and found at airport

I am glad you got the luggage back. Payal put AirTags in your luggage, that will give you a lot of peace of mind. Also, I think the airlines only delivers luggage to your house, when it’s their mistake, they lost your luggage or something like that.
Yay!! You got your luggage. Buy Airtags for locating suitcase next time. Even if they say "we don't where it is", then you can tell them exactly where your suitcases are through iPhone!! Our Viking fellow travelers do the same, so we got 4 Airtags this time just to be safe. Yes! Rai's birthday! 👌
