Thanks for the detailed information Ma'am. Our lawyer use to charge us so much money for the trademark requirements. Now, we can do by ourselves 🙏 and save the unecessary/unrealistic cost which comes with lots of tantrums.
But when there will be any opposition, a lawyer is only gonna help you. And even government takes upto 2 years to grant a trademark, if the person who applied for the trademakr dies, the lawyer can be the representative to prove that the trademark was applied. So hiring a attorney eases the work. So it's always to better appoint an attorney than doing it by yourself. They have their degree and practice for a reason.

Trademarks are not this simple! You are GREATLY understating the need and complexity to FULLY research a name BEFORE ever filing a trademark. What if there is a refusal? I got a cease and desist order after being in business for 4 years. I had to change my business name and it took 3 years to recover. My sales dropped $230,000 before we could wrestle them back again. I had to take myself off the payroll. Now, I am doing a 5 year renewal. I did another comprehensive research report and found an infringer. Now, I am doing a cease and desist. Filing is the easy part.

I got Registration of my Brand 2 Years ago but that time my company name was SHUBH SAGAR INDUSTRIES (Proprietorship form) and from 1 YEAR i have changed my company name ONLY other details are same like Address, proprietorship, GST Number everything same. My Company new name is MILL POWER INDUSTRIES that i want to change in my registration certificate.

Hello madam, thanks for the information, madam muje ye bataaye k Kya Google se image lekar use logo or trademark ke liye use KR skte hai and second kese pata Kare ke wo image kisi or ne apne logo ke liye use ni ki hai, pls reply me madam.
Aap google se image lekar use nahi kar sakte trademark k liye kyuki waha copyright ka issue hoga. Khud ka unique logo banana hain. Also public search ka jo step sikhaya gaya hain iss video main waha se apko check karna hain ki koi similar trademark already registered or applied hain ki nahi.. I hope it helped u a bit.

Don’t go for all the trouble, a professional will charge around Rs. 2000/- for filing the trademark. We’ll end up spending 1500-2000 for dsc if we want to file it ourselves. So I suggest to hire a professional if you want to file trademark. I myself filed one trademark but ended up spending more money to professional to correct my mistakes and to file reply to the examination report.
Who files trademark @ 2000/- Rupees?
