    The neurotransmitter shown is dopamine. It is essential for smooth and controlled muscle movement . However, this video is showing that the dopamine is not crossing the synapse and it is just escaping. Due to this, the other neuron does not get the message that the dopamine transmitter was supposed to deliver. And this causes jerky and uncontrolled movement, as seen by the tremors in the man's hand at the start of the video
