    I have had ankle pain for over ten years following a surfing accident. I can't get any help, nothing shows on MRI or CT that is wrong yet I am in pain. Any suggestions on what to do, do radiologist not see stuff or do I need it seen by a different doc. Ive seen so many foot and ankle specialists and sports medicine and no one can give me any explanation.

    Up until the last few months I was a competitive dancer. In February I landed a jump wrong while teaching a class there was what sounded like and odd crack- but I was teaching so I got up and continued dancing even though the pain was unbearable. The next day it was visibly swollen and was starting to bruise so I went into urgent care. They took X-rays and nothing showed up- the doctor told me that I would be dancing within five days and that it was a slight sprain... a month later it was still swollen and bruised. At this time I was still trying to dance but it was beyond painful, I was pushed to tears and I have a high pain tolerance. In June I had an MRI done and they said it looked fine but when I was looking at the images there is an odd line that pops up and I honestly have no idea what it is. Would you or anyone you know be willing to take a look at the images?
