Kim Taehyung is the definition of pure soul. Literally every single person who meets him or knows him has few common things to say about him, first how freaking handsome he is , second how kind and loving and caring he is, and third how is the epitome of purity and has a pure and beautiful soul.
The fact that some of the staff that still work with them were with them back when they debuted is just amazing and I love seeing the bond that they have ☺️💕
The reason bts distanced themselves from mainstream media in korea and started their own variety show was becuz they were rarely invited to those becuz their company was small and once jk got treated so badly on one variety show that bh stopped making them go to these k-shows and instead made one themselves

They got mistreated a lot by the hosts of some of the more popular TV shows in Korea back when they still went on them. It’s common that rookie idols usually have to just suck it up and take the mistreatment (kinda like hazing) but the fact that BH protected BTS and said “🖕🏾we’ll just go do our own thing” was both incredibly ballsy and ridiculously innovative.
I can't forget when Jungkook went to that one variety show and brought hamburgers and drinks with his own money, but the cast (who were seasoned and famous hosts) didn't even touch it because they said it looked like it was cheap/spoiled. The look on JK's face when he said "But it's new though?..."
A lot of the staffs are the same since the beginning, so they really have a strong bond and its so wholesome and cute!!
They were from a small company so they weren't called a lot to variety shows and stuff, so that's why they created their own, which is Run BTS!! I think the same camera directors are there, but there's definitely a lot more now!! And as you said, a win for them it's a win for all the team, when they won their first win in a music show all the staffs were so proud and slow rabbit (their producer) cried when they got their first AOT daesang and everything
I wanted moments of Jungkook too but instead of teasing staff he takes really good care of them that recent moment of him giving slipper to staff who was barefoot was so heart-warming !

BTS are the most humble, respectful, appreciative, great full and caring artists alive! V normally approaches the staff, fans or media and asks about how they’re doing, saying hello and/or showing genuine concern to them. BTS is the best! There’s nothing like BTS!

they have a great relationship with their staff!! i remember how the staff were crying ( especially pdogg who is a inhouse producer) when they won their first daesang "album of the year" because they were so proud...
i also remember how the boys were once giving a speech after they won a certain award and they were talking about how hard everyone in their staff works, how they are "the first to get up in the morning and last to go to bed" and make sure sure everything goes well, and how BTS were so grateful for their hard work and there were staff members in the audience listening while getting teary eyed :(( that was so wholesome

i love their relationship with the staff it's so wholesome. also what was going on in that run bts episode was they basically have a series of bts village episodes where there's a spy/spies and they have to figure out who it is and it ends up in very heated discussions lmaooooo. it has a kind of continuing storyline. the joseon dynasty one is 3 episodes long and i highly suggest watching all the spy episodes because they're hilarious and you see why members suspect a certain person or can tell whether they're innocent. the first set is the blue village episodes (47 and 48). then it's the bts village ones (120 and 121) and then the joseon dynasty ones (145 146 and 147). watching them in order makes most sense bc they spoil the spy in the previous episodes if you watch the later ones and also you get to see the members' mannerisms when they're the spy or not hahaha
i love how the frame and confuse Jin to the point he thinks he is spy. It too funny! Jimin and V are so evil they get away with the most random stuff.

another very wholesome moment was when bts' producer cried after they won artist of the year for the first time in 2016 :)

Another reason BTS stopped going on mainstream shows was because BTS wanted all 7 to go on the show together, not just one or two members. However, as they got bigger, most shows can't afford them anymore and honestly, their schedules made it harder to do a variety. They film a lot of Run episodes in hotels while on tour, actually!

actually, BTS were not given a chance to appear in local TV shows when they just got started. if you look at previous youtuber's account, they got cut off from broadcast... also some members were given a hard time when they appeared in some shows (JK)....
