    This exercise worked very well for me. After about 8 weeks maybe I suddenly felt that my lips were much fuller! I was so surprised how noticeable it was - I wasn't even looking for a change, I just happened to feel it with my tongue. The neck exercises have also been effective and have made a big improvement in my turkey neck. I've tried many different types of face exercise over quite a few years but have never noticed changes till now! Thanks Peta, good job!

I do have another area on my face that I would like to work on. As I age, I notice that my chin starts to drop, not under the chin area, but the actual chin. This makes me look like I have a witch's chin if you get what I mean. Is there an exercise I can do to pull my chin back up?

    Thank you so very much for facerobics. I have been doing the exercises since mid January. I ran into a friend I hadn't seen for several months and she said I looked younger. It was such an ego boost. To me, it seems like my face is coming ALIVE again. My skin looks more toned, my eyes have less baggy skin above them, and mentally I feel like I have some control over the aging process now. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the laser lift that I ordered last week. Thank you again for changing my life. I feel so happy and hopeful since I started your program Peta.

    I was scouring the web looking for facial exercises since my skin has made some major changes recently. Like you (or you used to be?), I am a smoker of many years and I am beginning to form tiny lines all around my mouth. I have noticed that my lips have become so much thinner than they used to be and I am beginning to look as if my face was ran over by a Mack truck!!!
    Your videos have inspired me greatly and I have already begun exercising my eyes, brows, forehead, neck and jowls; my next set of exercises will be my nose, mouth and nasolabial areas.
    Thank you ever so much for offering these exercises on CZcams! You have just earned a new fan!!! :)

    of course this works, why wouldn't it? I most appreciate being told your personal stories because I took care of myself and have few wrinkles around eyes and forehead, but my jaw is losing density and the exercises help immensely, as a fitness coach I know about my body but at 65 was seeing the changes in my face from aging

    I did this exercise for the first time about 20-25 minutes ago and I can STILL feel tingling in the area around my mouth that this exercise targeted! WOW! I feel very excited by this! Thanks for posting these videos. I've only just found out about them today and will work with them!

    I find you very inspirational!
    I didn't go to bed tonight as I watched all your video!!
    These are some of the best face toning vids I've seen and I've been on CZcams since before it was cool :D
    I'd love a video on dark circles, not puffy or saggy undereyes (I'm very young) but dark circles most likely caused from being hereditary, not a lack of sleep as us sufferers are often accused. It's probably the thing that makes me most sad about my face.

    My lips have always been thin and I know that I will never have Angelina Jolie lips, but if I will be able to keep at least that little bit what I have and maybe get a little bit more with facial exercises then I will be very happy. Some time ago you recommended taking Bee Pollen and Coconut oil, I wanted to let you know that I still do it without missing a single day and I love the results that it gives me. Thanks and have a great day

      Yes Sabi, I have found bee pollen and coconut oil a must have staple. I have run out of bee pollen for weeks and am finding it hard to find it. I have really noticed the difference in my skin and vitality not having it!

    These exercises are great and really do rejuvenate your face you can you feel the blood circulation start to flow again relieving a lot of stress from day to day life.

    Hi Peta! Thank you for this for me a whole new exercise. You say here that those exercises are not hard to follow , which is mostly right. But the hardest thing is disciplin and many people do have difficulties in using theirs to achieve their goals, sometimes of sheer laziness. Though I think the motivation - a younger and nicer look must be strong enough to get the disciplin working:) Glad my disciplin is alive.

      Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier and don’t get out of bed until you’ve done your face exercises. It will make you look good and wake you up.

    P.s. I wanted to know if you have heard of lip plumping tools and what your opinion would be of the long term effects of using such devices would be? I'm referring to the CandyLipz and the Fulllips products that are popular for achieving temporarily plump lips. I have heard that some have achieved long term results but I do not know whether this is actually true or not.

      darling, my opinion is that you can do alot of damage to the delicate area around your lips with that device. I think you should stop using it.

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach Thanks Miss Peeta, I trust your judgement, I was thinking the same thing but had to be sure. Apparently the "long term results" (I theorize) are achieved by the stretching of the skin and the tissue to where swelling occurs, so that when it occurs over let's say the course of three years - the lips are far larger and for longer than before - but ultimately only because you now have a balloon of a set of lips - meaning when deflation occurs you have less than you did to begin with. I have actually noticed results from doing your exercises, I'm going to be taking pictures every day and do them every day because it's hard to stop once you see that this really really works.
      I want to offer a testimonial once I look a little bit more lifted and I get better at the exercises so if I may, look forward to that! Much love, thank you for your help.

    I am doing this exercise everyday, already for a couple of weeks and with about 50-100 repetitions. I have the feeling, that they now look smaller or more narrow. Is this possible? If so, can you please tell me another effective exercise for bigger lips?

    Hi peta, I love you'r videos so much and thank you for giving me ahope because I used alot of cream and the sqoom nothing helped ,thank you again..but I want ask you is it normal to have pain in my left jaw when I do the exercise !!

      Aaدينا Aaaالجاعوني Hi Dina, thanks for your comment. No it is not normal to have the pain, however, it could be something to do with the structure of your face and bones working. I am not a doctor, so I cannot say exactly, however, if you do any of the exercises that involve the jaw, just do them gently. You might find that it takes care of itself over time, however if it doesnt, possibly stop the exercises in that area and see a dr. I hope that helps!!!

      Hi Martha, if you do any of the exercises on the lower face it will work out that area as well, as all the muscles are moving and working together! Hope that helps!

      +Two Moons - Hi two moons, no, do not change the EAWM Series at all because this one might be going into another series, then you will be over exercising when you get to that routine. There is a very specific way to set up a facial routine so as not to create more wrinkles, and I have done a video on that recently.

      Hi Maureen, no, you do not add anything to any of the Exercise Along With Me videos. There is a big note in the front of all of those videos that say this, you must have missed it. If you change the routine, you will run the risk of over exercising and causing more wrinkles and sagging, because there are lip exercises in other series.

      Shyama Perera Hi Shyama, you will need to do a full face exercise routine to get benefit. There are plenty of exercises on the channel, and I also have an exercise along with me series. Make sure to learn the exercises first before starting the full routine! I hope that helps!

    Thank you.. what if my upper lift is like a line since I was born? Because you told, with these exercises, you gain back what you had when you were younger.. I am 33 and my upper lip was always like a line and the distance with the noses was long.. so, are these exercises beneficial also for me?

Thanks so much. I have a question. Do you have any ideas about scalp exercise specifically for helping restore thick hair or for wrinkles on hands.       Hi Albane, just follow the exercise along with me routines. dont worry about exercises that are not in any of the series. they may be put into future series. Just do what I have from S1-S6 without deviating 💖

    Hey again Peta. I have this problem where the lip colour is missing on the upper lip making it smaller than it is. Plumping make the colour come back, does it get permament ? would be kind of pointless if it worked for a little while.. Hope you can clearify this, could not find the answer no where else on the internett, Thanks !!

      oh no it is that way before i begun using the exercise !! Born that way i guess. so when i plumping them they get the colour back but then it go away after some days it go . if i do this over a period of time do you know if that becomes permament back again? Thank peta !!

    On this, also the upper lip stretch, skin under fingers tends to slide down. I make sure my face is clean. But I keep either having to rearrange fingers, or press so hard it hurts. Any tips?

      Francesca S Hi Francesca, how are you? And lovely to hear from you again! Yes, this happens in this exercise and really all you can do is just rearrange your fingers when it happens. No need to press so hard that it hurts! Just gently rearrange, this is what I do and there is no problem with doing it. I hope that helps!

      Hi Ruuu, I cant tell you how this exercise will work for you, however, you need to do it as part of a full face routine to get any success

      I cant predict how the exercise will respond on your face because it is all to do with you and your body, hormones, diet and how often you do the exercise and if you do the exercise as part of a full face routine, if you spot exercise. It is like if you went to the gym and asked the physical fitness instructor on your first day, "how will my body respond to exercise?" they also could not say because it is different for everyone. Also, you cant just do this one exercise and expect changes otherwise you will cause many more problems in that area, you need to do it as part of a full face routine. This is my only advice to you

    You told another questioner not to add this exercise to any of the Exercise with Me videos. In her case, and mine, we both do the Level 1 routine. If we cannot add this exercise to any of the Exercise with Me videos, when or how could we do it? Does this particular exercise go with a different Exercise with Me level?

      Hi Robin, just dont worry about those exercises, they are not part of the routines, and please do not add them to the routines. these exercises may be used in future series, but just forget about them now.

    1) In which series is this exercise included? As I haven't seen any update for it recently.
    2) Have you personally seen direct results according to this exercise( fuller lips) after five years?

      Hi Ori thanks for your question. This exercise is not part of any Exercise Along With me series and you need to follow the series religiously as you know. I dont do this exercise, I follow the series. These exercises that are not part of any series that you might see, may be put into future series. so for now, just follow the series as prescribed.

      Hi Ori as mentioned above, you dont use it at all. It is not part of any series, just follow the routines that I have created, follow the program exactly. Just dont worry about the other exercises that are not in routines right now 💖

    its my first time to do this exercise and i can't feel my down lip while smiling and talking*can't feel my chin too* , is it normal? and do i have to do this exercise always? i heard that some exercises will mess you up if you didn't do it for the rest of your life is that true😐!? please help me i'm worry😩

      +Mandy Davenport - Hi Mandy, if you over exercise the lip area, you can cause horizontal lines and vertical lines around your lips. The horizontal one forms just under your nose. This is why I have left it out of 2 of the 3 Exercise Along With Me Routines. Less is best, and the more you let your facial muscle rest after exercise the better they grow. Not meaning not to do them over a period of time, but, you need to let the muscles rest, especially in this area. If you do too much, your lips will wrinkle.

      Hi Perf, it depends on a whole lot of things like how often you do them, how you do them, what you eat, your body shape overall, there are so many factors. So, it is difficult for me to say. I would encourage you just to keep doing a full face routine each day, and you will soon see results.

      You cannot change the thickness of your actual lips without surgery or restalyne fillers. However by working the muscles around the lips you.can slightly increase the mass underneath. This lady will never have large thick lips but she can increase the muscle size which will give a slighter fullness and prevent sagging.

      Hi Susan, you need to stick to the program. If you over do it with repetitions you will most definitely cause fatiguing of the muscles. This is why I developed the program to be balanced so fatiguing would not happen.
