Today I’m going show you how to get juicy crispy roasted chicken in the oven. This one pan chicken dinner is cooked in a garlic herb butter sauce and based in white wine for maximum flavor. You can also make this with drumsticks or chicken wings. The whole meal comes together in less than an hour and it is sooo delicious. Hope you enjoy!
1 whole chicken
1 stick of butter
1 garlic bulb roasted
1 Italian seasoning dry mix packet
2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp Lawrys seasoning
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 large carrot
2 celery stalks
3 large potatoes
1 cup of white whine
Roast garlic on 400f for 40 minutes
Bake at 350f for 30 minutes covered add in 1 cup of white wine after the first 15 minutes. Then uncover and cook on 400f for 30 minutes.
