Manfrotto MH490-BH, Centre Ball Head with 200LT-PL. Is it worth it?

In this video I take a look at the Manfrotto MH490-BH Centre Ball Head tripod head.
I Paid £39.99 from AMAZON for this and thought it was a reasonable price until I realised one thing.
This head is almost exactly the same as the NEEWER equivalent ball head which costs £25.
Both items share the same quick release plate and also the same colour red around the bottom ring.
Not a bad item but I did question myself as whether or not I was suckered into the Manfrotto branding for £15 more. Sadly I think I was.
If you are not fussed on branding then go for the cheaper exact alternative.

Whats the bottom thread size? I want to mount this on a clamp and i guess i ordered a wrong thing
