The arrangements looked amazing. I love the colour yellow. I tried making chocolate chocolate with turmeric powder before but my chocolate become thick.

You can find skewer sticks in the food store probably..
Great video! How long can you leave the finished strawberries out of the fridge? I've heard if you put them in the fridge the chocolate gets chalky.
Thank you Jessica😊 once I’m done making my strawberries I place them in the refrigerator they taste better when they are cool. The chocolate can get chalky since the begging when they are drying, if you notice that they are drying chalky just add coconut oil or crisco shortening, sometimes the chocolate is old or just a bad batch. I find that if I have smaller strawberries I will double dip them to plump the up and I will even coat them with coconut or cookie crumbles or nuts and you cant tell the difference in the size.
