I'm an Indian Nepali, brought up in Bengali culture in Haldia. Pitai porota is one of my favorite street foods. Instead of aloo curry, I used to eat these porotas mostly with rosogolla chasni (juice). During rainy days we had football bets of pitai porota and rosogolla chasni which we used to call as Rosporota. I miss those golden days of my childhood in Haldia and my childhood bengali friends. 🤎😊
Those kinds of memories are the best we have to cherish.

Where i come from its seems unsanitary to me, with all the smoke from cars and dust from the street. Theres a lot going on, despite that i havent tried that food yet, it may be good of its that affordable with a lot of customers. Still the hard working men i salute, its not easy to handle a dough its heavy ant needs a lot of force and as im lookin at this video its definitely hot their workstation. I salute this people.
