I agree with you on that but I don't like the way his Dad tries to market him like he's from Oakland, from the streets etc.. Trying to be Tank. They should market him honestly like a good middle class kid who worked hard and stayed out of trouble. People are more likeable when they aren't putting on an act. That's the reason people relate to Tank, not because he's literally from the streets of Baltimore but because he doesn't put on an act. He's real about himself. Devin was raised in Tracy CA until 7 when they moved to Las Vegas. Bill Haney was a private school kid with middle class parents who both had good jobs and sent him to college. He wants to be street so bad that he tried to hang out with the street kids and ended up getting busted for conspiracy to sell cocaine at his school. The man has had an middle to upper class upbringing but wants to portray himself as a made it out the mud success story. This is a man who inherited property in CA from his Grandparents. It's sad that he wants to be something that he's not, something that's a bad influence for young people. Devin should break away from the wannabe street pimp.
