Some Elevonic 401 in Thailand are early 90s actually.

Elevonic 401 WAS discontinued in 1989 and replaced with Elevonic 411. I'm thinking the elevators were installed or ordered before 1989

They were discontinued in 1989 in Europe and North America, in some parts of Asia they were made until the mid-90s.
