I am a first class cricketer, represented Central University and batch mate of Mohd Azharuddin. All the IPL franchisee owners should realise that Cricket is a complex and funny game. Nobody can predict who wins and lose. 1983 world Cup is a stark reminder. Whole world thought that Mighty West Indies is a sure shot winner of finals. What happened is a history every body knows. Cricket is not a business where in Corporate life promoter vents his ire for anything and everything on poor employees. Just because you pay salaries doesn't mean you can shout,chide,scold. Gone are the days when at the slightest pretext you can lambast . Today in the supply demand world, if you behave like this no one will join the franchise. People will stop watching LSG matches. Henceforth you need to cut down your temper and control your arrogance. Otherwise one viral message is enough to ruin your business prospects.
