I never reacted to a comment more than this. I’m always the person people come to, but when I need someone no one is to be found
I expressed this same feeling to someone recently, and they told me this: since this is the way our personality is, always giving, always being kind, that others will never meet up to our expectations. It's hard to accept, because we have such high expectations. In the long run, it is better to keep this in mind and try to realize the truth behind it. I hope this helps in some way.

currently struggling with depression and as a person who attempted suicide multiple times and almost didn't make it to the age I am now, I come back to this song and think about the lives that would be affected if I was gone. I often still think about suicide, but I'm reminded of my loving sister and mother and how their lives would change if I was no longer here. I try my best to live for them as it becomes difficult every day. Just know you're worth it and think about the people that would be affected by your death. I may not know you personally but just know I would hate to see you gone from this world. If you think that there is no one who cares, I care even though you're a complete stranger to me I still care. If anyone needs to talk about anything I am here for you.

I smile at that last line on "Waiting Room" then all of a sudden, these Ninjas appear and start cutting onions... but honesty, I've had friends in the past commit suicide cause they were afraid of whats next for them in life, sometimes they were struggling either personally or financially cause they thought they couldn't make it. so they called the end, at such an early age cause the vices were too much for them. Everybody has a shot in achieving their dream, and if they need that motivation, then tell them that they're worth something in this life. that their contributions will mean something to someone.

The irony is, the people I'd open to, they were the people who'd wear T-shirts saying "you matter". Oh really?
The part right before that where he says “ain’t nobody calling my phone, where you been? Where you at? What’s on your mind?” On top of the next line you wrote about is what rly gets me the most. I’ll talk to people about having no friends and no one that cares about me and all they say is “omg same I literally have no friends” meanwhile their phone is buzzing nonstop with texts and snaps and tiktoks whereas the only notifications I get are spam emails. i remember being so young and sad in life id listen to this all the time and i'm 19 now and my life changed a bit and it's not the best but it opened my eyes these past years that she blessed for everything you have. yu may see other people your age or similar with stuff that you may think ur supposed to have too or something valuable the same as there's but you have to remember everyone has different life's it's harder for you bc you are working with less tools, you may not have it bc your helping your family bc life's not the best, everyone grows up differently you play the cards your self with, make it work and make something out of nothing, you have to cook for yourself bc no one's gonna cook for you, all the stuff may not work properly but you still gotta cook and make it work. one day everything will come it just truly takes time and you have to understand that, love your family and everything you have now, i don't want cars and jewelry or anything, i just want to be stable have a car i love and be able to provide and take care of my mom and siblings and love god and be at peace. i became someone so new and im still working on it but i love life.
