What makes this song so good is that the actors are reuniting after being apart. You can feel (for lack of a better word) how happy they are to see each other again. Plus they all sound so great!
Mostly missing DIanna. You can tell that she's been missed by Naya, Cory, Mark and Amber. I love that there are mutliple Quinn shots cuz everyone was waiting for Quinn to return!

This is the most Dianna song Dianna sung on the show - she has a delightful lower register, and this is the first time it was fully utilised. I firmly believe that the only reason sheâs often discussed as among the weaker singers in the main cast is because she was often given songs out of her range. She sounds like sheâs straining because sheâs given songs that are too high for her voice, especially after she broke her nose.

Well, that, and she hardly has any solos to show her voice off. She's usually stuck in duets where she mostly plays the backup.

The 'Settle down' harmony that they did in the song is definitely the best blend of their voices you're ever gonna hear, and the overall best Harmony in the show!!

I remember people saying how the "if you get lost you can always be found. Just know you're not alone - I'm gonna make this place your home" part was so fitting when Naya was missing. It suddenly became a Cory/Naya thing. And then they found her on the exact same day that he passed away years earlier.
You may want to react "Take My Bresth Away" by Santana and Quinn, "Jusy Give Me A Reason" by Puck and Quinn or "Hit Me With Your Best Shoot" by Santana and Finn.
Mike Chang can sing too! I'd love for you to react to his and Artie's version of "Scream" they dance in that one too, so you can see Artie's actor incredible dance moves as well.

This song is so underrated! And as you said, it is one of the best songs theyâve ever covered!
I will never forget being sucker punched by this song because they used it to open the episode so there was no plot leading up to it, just this powerhouse performance. And the addition of each performer was like getting knocked down over and over again.
I loved that they paired Mike with Santana for this (I shipped them so hard because Naya and Harry were such good friends offscreen and my favorite cast members). Naya was the best duet partner of the cast because of her versatility and the way that she matched each person she sang with and made them better (never heard a bad duet or even song from her). She knows how to adapt her voice so as not to compete with her partner and it always enhances the performance and helps to distinguish their voices. There was no one better to pair Harry with than her.
It makes me sad when realizing that Naya and Cory sing "If you get lost you can always be found. Just know you're not alone" together because of July 13th. I truly believe it's not a coincidence and that Cory helped find her and I imagine him singing this song to her up there.

Can't wait for you'd reaction to this one. It is Season 4 so they have all matured a bit. and yes Mike can sing (ABC and Cool--both season 3) and love Pucks voice in Need you now with Rachel (season 2), Glory Days with Finn (season 3) and No Surrender (Season 5--tribute to Finn/ Cory)

And" Take my Breath Away" Santana's and Quinn's duet, both are really good, for sure you will like it đ
They gave Dianna/Quinn the first few lines because Ryan just somehow now realized after Quinn was gone for a few episodes after graduation that Quinn was missed. And I dont' take the Spice Girls reference as an insult cause I get it. All the girls of Glee bring something to the table and make their individual voices blend together beautifully. Rachel has the powerhouse Broadway belt, Mercedes has the powerful R&B Belt (to which I love) Santana has the Amy Winehouse old school jazzy blues voice Tina has the same as Rachel but she holds it back and it still works for her (see Because you Loved me) Brittany and Quinn have the light breezy voice but it still makes it amazing Marley is like Rachel but she adds a bit of stank to her voice Kitty the same Unique is like Mercedes with the R&B belt. The newer girls like Jane and Maddison I still cant get them but love thier voices in season 6 but you get how all these girls bring something to the table
The Spice Girls were known to me for there harmonies so like you I wasn't insulted by the comment.
You should hear Santana and Mercedes's duets, they are the best of all cast

I wholeheartedly agree with it being the number one song in the series. One of the best group songs in the entire series! Everything from the harmonies to the layers to the distinction of voices, it never fails to give me chills everytime I listen to it!! đ Can't wait to see more reactions!
This one always makes me tear up now. There have been so many stories about how much they bonded together as friends while filming that I can picture them singing together like this in heaven, and one by one they appear and join in the reunion after they're done here.

This was his proper goodbye to us. The way he walked in and Dianna runs to him for a beautiful hug. I miss Cory and Naya.

Wow, I seriously just go emotional. I have not watched this performance or listened to this song in awhile and seeing/hearing it again was great. It was also kinda sad because I'm watching it and remembering two things: this was most of their's last time performing with Cory before he passed away & also three of the six actors on stage have now passed away.

I understand it's a risky move to talk about Puck, especially as a vocal coach because you'll be talking about his voice, that is Mark's voice and Mark wasn't a good person but let's not act like we never saw him singing prior to Home/Homeward Bound which is a season 4 song. Puck's songs include Run Joey Run, Sweet Caroline, Need You Now, Lady Is A Tramp, One Love, which are in the first two seasons

This is without a doubt THE best song in Glee. Everyone sounds amazing, everyone is singing in a key that suits their vocals, everyone gets a soloâŠ.. this and the Rumor Has It mashup are the best sounding to me.

It has been a favorite of mine for years. I have every episode thru Apple TV. I don't think that there will ever be anything else like it.
Still, I hope that it might come back someday with some of the original cast members returning as mentors, sans Cory and Naya (sadly).
