The claim about 22 qadam is totally illogical! The story is new and different but sad to see seniors artists talking such way. Secondly, to show her cricket journey they had to show it from start they can't just show her playing in grounds directly. 22 qadam is a breathe of fresh air which is brilliantly written & thousands times better than other creepy dramas.
I agree! ... Nadia and the public saved 22 Qadam ratings and well deserved! ... The storyline is very clear by episode 6. The amount of cricket shown for someone who is not taken seriously is the exact point... Her school does not have cricket and thats why its a struggle for her to go out and search for a forum!... thats the story ... then why would they show a cricket team in school!.... and the actors are doing great job especially Hareem are just outstanding! ... Just giving credit to Wahaj for the votes is wrong! ... Loving the show!

I am agree with your statement...in our society, no mother likes her daughter to play cricket in galli muhalla... rubina ashraf and Marina khan said that they made a fun of cricket in this drama ..... no that is not true..This is a story of a young girl who wants to be a cricketer... they are showing the journey of a girl... this can be a true story ..they should appreciate the drama concept which promote the sports for women.

I have started watching this drama, I have not seen the drama maker of this drama mocking the game of cricket at all. It seems they cannot digest this kind of drama. In fact, they are used to watching love triangle type stories. Well, this is the second time that a drama has made a drama which is based on sports or else the same love stories. I think they like Khalilur Rehman Qamar's trashy dramas like Mere Paas Tum Ho, sadqay tumhare, Laal Ishq, Landa Bazar and Toi Dil Kya Howa. It will take time to understand and know the story of 22 qadam drama as it is new to them.
22 Qadam audience rating is all coz of Wahaj only. This is the magic of Wahaj where viewers just loved to see him on screen

Their criticism is really funny about 22 qadam..like they want to watch them play cricket without any backstory...where 22 qadam is all about the struggle of reaching "from gali ki cricket to actual ground"...i think they should know about the theme of this drama 1st...

I am a huge fan of all three of the women as actors but I feel they are not fair judges b/c whenever they do not like a drama of any particular genre they do not rate it well. They should see dramas objectively as judges not subjectively. Not every one likes every genre, but if you do not like some genre, think of the viewers who like that genre and respect their liking. Judges should not outright reject a project merely on the basis of their personal liking.

just goes to show that rubina ashraf and marina khan are too old to understand sporting passion... 22 kadam is very well written and acted and it's not just because of wahaj ali like they are trying to say, hareem faroooq and the other actors have done a really good job. It is really hard to become a sportswoman in pakistan due to family pressures and it would be a really rubbish drama if they didn't show her passion and all the obstacles she has to face and surpass to achieve her goal.. it's about character growth and progression...maybe both these judges should stick to reacting on crappy family dramas which there are more than enough of already.
