Is it really required to upgrade audio setup of Hyundai or Kia basic sound system, not comparing with Bose system. And does it impact car warranty in any way.
No it does not impact any warranty of your car. Everything we do is jack to jack. We have changed many bose setup as well.

It all depends on the kind of sound you want in your car.
What is the gurantee that the company’s warranty wont get void ? Can i have it in written ?? Because i have faced the same in Hyundia when i had installed Base tube and speakers and also all the work was coupler to coupler.
Also the Watt for headlamps allowed by the goverment of india is maximum 65 watts then how we install 100-150 watts
