This was a GREAT video!!!! Thank you for every aspect of this. The only thing I would like to see is more of a structured placement of the screws and parts off to the side (it felt like they started getting piled into a small space. Other than that, everything was very clear, good directions, and best of all, my repair was successful!!!! I don't know if you have a channel for other iphone repairs, but I will watch more of your videos and direct my employees there as well.
As of now this is my only repair channel. I’ll make an effort going forward to improve my screw placement. It makes sense to me but i can see how it looks a bit hectic on smaller/cramped magnetic mats
im doing this on a 12 PM right now and really annoying! takes longer then most repairs lol. btw i LOVE that red tweezer, where can i get one. and your set up looks cool

do u have an affiliate link for some glue/adhesive that I can use to stick my phone (front & back) back together? or even for a button (the one on the right side of the iPhone 12)? my button is stuck inside the phone (I dropped the phone on a metal dumbbell).
I did but then Amazon canceled it for some reason. I’m guessing because of how small I am? Who knows. Thank you for thinking of me though. I will re address an affiliate link once I hit 1000 subs. So hopefully soon

Hi, nice Video. But do you have to take the Wireless charging out as well? Cant you just switch the buttons?
The wireless coil is soldered to the volume/power flex
It’s possible to de solder but that’s out of the realm of possibility for most people
Buenas pero luego vuelves a colocar la misma bobina con el mismo flex de volumen y encendido no?
entonces como lo arreglaste
I was demonstrating how to repair it step by step. A decent number of my videos are like this. If I had to wait for an actual problem I probably wouldn’t have made this video.
Why did you remove the wireless charging piece? I think you can separate the power/volume flex from it
Requires a soldering iron to separate. Which the average viewer doesn't have

Hi! I dropped my iPhone 12 last week while having breakfast and some honey from the pancakes got into the right side power button, and now it is jammed down, works when I press it hard, what would be your suggestion to get it working again?
Follow the steps to a power button replacement so you can clean the button and the surrounding area
Question I recently replaced a back glass on a 12 pro max ! Accidentally broke one of those copper wires from the wireless charging coil ! I put it back together but my question is does that have anything to do with not being able to receive calls , msgs , Data ect. I get an error message on the sim options in settings , and I don’t know if it’s because I really did damage the charging coil and I didn’t connect it back properly or if it’s something else. Please reply !
Are you referring to the wire around the outside of the wireless coil?
@@repaironwheels ?!!
You could remove that flex assembly and it wouldn’t cause service issues. It’s job is power/volume/mute switch/wireless/nfc and that’s it
Hi, can I just replace the ribbon cable for the power+volume buttons without soldering them to the coil? I don't use the wireless charging.
I’ve never tried but I assume so, you don’t need the wireless charging coil to function
@@repaironwheels Appreciate the fast reply, liked and subscribed!
Thank you!
Let me know how the repair goes
@@repaironwheels Finally tried, didn't go well. I think I bent a pin on the fpc display connector. The phone booted up but as soon as I touched the digitizer the phone turned off.
After replace the NFC is not working. How to fix?
General diagnostic steps. First I would disconnect and reconnect. After that I would install the old to verify that it’s not a board level issue that was created during the initial repair. After that order another and install
Blowing fixed it
As long as it’s fixed
Thank you for your help
Hi guys! My 13 mute and up button are not working, but the power and down button do. Is it the wirless charging coil or the mute button itself?
Mute/volume/power/wireless coil are all on one flex, it’s not common but I’ve seen it happen where one stops working and the rest are fine. Easiest way to find out is by replacing the whole flex
Frankenstein... This phone is more dead than alive. Can't see any reason for fixing... RIP.
