I'm really starting to want an ebike more and more and I hate it 😂 I'm getting lazy. My logic is that I want to start doing more downhill stuff but by the time I climb to the top and ride back down, I don't have any energy left to do another lap lmao.
Buy an e-bike. You'll never have more fun than with the e-bike. I ride road and mtb enduro. I'd never have a road e-bike but for enduro e-mtb is freaking awesome.
The "one guy" I hate/try not to be, is the one who says "hey, let's stop and wait for everyone to catch up". And then as soon as the last guy pulls up, gassed out, they say "OK, we're all here, let's GO!" Guess who needs to take a couple to get his breath the most? Same guy that hated the ride and won't go again.
Yup. If I'm riding a normal bike, I won't right with some fool on an ebike. I'm not going to try and go out and have fun with some guy that's deathly afraid of moving a muscle or two on their own, only to be entirely spent by the time they're still energetic. Nothing against ebikes, but it takes the life out of riding for fun.

I'm 40 and actually have super low physical endurance - even I can go 15+ miles full of climbs on an aluminum road bike. Sorry no excuse to have a motor on your bike. It's really not that physically demanding bro you just need to get in *some physical shape. Americans should be embarrassed come on
Meanwhile I do low impact activities that also provide exercise _because_ I'm not as tired after. I do them because I'm more consistent, and maintain my fitness more sustainably. Better this than the fit-"fat" cycle, and it's just more fun 😊 Ego is a prison, life's too short for all of that
@@thebrunoserge not necesarily, my brother's Canyon Nerve F8 weighs less than 8 kilos, it's more about tyre width and overall eficiency than just suspension alone, plus it's not like it doesn't come with other benefits
