Hi guys, welcome back to another upgrade video on the Traxxas TRX4M bronco, today, we’re going to be installing the metal bumpers from Injora!
I will be showing you in detail exactly what comes, and what you need to do to fit it to the Injora LCG carbon fibre chassis.
Will be fitting the metal bumpers to the TRX 4M defender in the next video, but before I do that video, we will be unboxing and checking out the new metal trailer from Injora for the Traxxas TRX4M’s

The stock spotlights go in the bottom. There’s two holes to push them in.

There's not much left to upgrade on the Bronco but will be fitting the aluminum gearbox from Injora soon!

Thanks for the heads up on injora not including the metal adapters to fit into the chassis. Maybe they'll make one up in the future and package it with a "2.0" version. Awesome videos as always Ryan. 👌

It really upset me as well when they don't include parts and hardware that they should. 90% of the time it's to up sale you on extras, that should have been included. Thanks for another well put together and informative video. I enjoy your content.

I thought the same thing about the chassis inserts. But i wonder if the composite there is actually good for clipping the body in and flexing
Treal makes it on aluminum and I'm sure on ebay there's some generic versions also. I got generic metal bumpers month back off ebay that came with those in aluminum so injora dropped the ball on that part.

They now also have them available on their site but regardless I still would have liked to have seen that part of the bumper kit.
Very disappointing especially after waiting a month and a half before ordering the bumpers as I was expecting them to come out with this part! and once I did the job now the part is available which is really annoying because I got to do the job again.

I have to make another comment here, regarding the rear bumper. I looked it up on Amazon & saw that it has a notch in it, so you don't have to file down the chassis at all, which is interesting. 🤨🤔 I'm hoping mine will have that notch, when I get around to getting it so that I don't have to file anything down. Do plan on getting the 53mm shocks & the flex blades though. I don't need 59, just too much flex. lol We'll see.

I know its been five months but those front old lights couldve been used on the rear bumper in the included lenses
Indeed they could have and by right they should have fitted in the front bumper but I have enough lights on the front of the vehicle and foot why not put them above the wheels so I have some crawling lights for when I play at night on my backyard course!
And you know what they work excellently as I can see the rocks and where to position my wheels at the same time having two light bars and plus the main headlights has got plenty of lights for the front.
On the back it's got the red lights on the bumper plus the main lights.

@@geokiller789 I'm sure it is, but I haven't checked, but you can just change the ball to the one that is provided with the Traxxas trailer.

But have a look on AliExpress I saw some really cool front and back bumpers for the defender

Yes I'm going to be using all the parts I have removed on my Injora tarantula body builds.
My front bumper is to small
The back when worked, but the front one doesn’t work is too small. I’m kind of disappointed in that.

Are you using the injora bumpers?
If you are and there's something wrong with the part, contact them and let them know I'm sure they will send out a replacement.
yo, just wondering if I would fry my esc by plugging in two y splitters to add more lights (I currently have the pro light kit, the injora bumpers, and the stock lights ) and I want to add a light bar on the roof
Hi bro, I would say it will be fine! , as I have been running my Bronco like that for a long time with no issues! I've got the pro scale light kit, light bar on the front bumper and on the roof, plus the front and rear bumper lights.
I do notice that not as bright when I used the splitter, and I would say it's the ECM that hasn't got enough power.
But you should have no problem.

I am Excited to add that light bar on the roof and that paired with the injora bumpers should look sick . I also did the same wheel light setup as you with the stock bumper lights and it works well its nice to have that extra visibility.
What wheel nut wrench did you use on the wheel nuts with them rims mate please and also very good video i also have these metal bumpers and i love them
This is the wheel nut wrench from Injora, for the trx4m's, it still doesn't fit in but it does manage to loosen and tighten them, I sended a bit of it so that it could fit better.
