Race win paint schemes is an awesome concept. Especially since they seem to be unlocked by beating challenges with that driver at the race they won. Awesome concept

Wish if you were age verified you didn't get the non age verified cars, so many identical looking cars to flip thru, especially with the addition of the variants with the Heat logo
I'd love NBC to bring back the theme that was once on SPEED in the 2000s. Perfectly fits NASCAR today, and would bring back memories for many who watched the sport intently during its height 🏁

A lot of the Chevrolet Alt's are relatively the same because some have the NH4 logo and the rear brake lights are different depending on your preference on which brake light looks better

It bothers me to no end that they still haven't updated Austin Dillon's Dow car. They still have the preseason reveal car that Dow used with the red numbers, but the car only ran with white numbers.
That's what RCR gave them, they have control over what paint schemes they want in the game for their team.
@@waldernojalapeno I know that, but literally all they have to do is reverse the colors of the door numbers and it'll be exactly like the car that actually ran races. I seriously doubt RCR and Dow would throw a fit over them running a more accurate version of their car, especially when it involves such a minor change.

I love the red numbers, but yeah it be nice to have two versions of it. but it also bothers me they never put out a different scheme and sponsor other than American Ethonal, (and that one doesn't seem to be in the game right away), I haven't bought any DLCs in the past so I never really got to use some of Austin's best schemes.

I was kinda confused about the Jeff gordon season pass does it just unlock you all the skins without buying the other Dlcs. If so do the other DLCS then just give you the challenges. Cause if so i did a big goof cause i bought the December pack then Jeff gordon spotter.

There’s a bunch of the same paint schemes with only 1 or 2 different small sponsors
Like in NH3 when Harvick had 32 paint schemes but really there’s 10-12 different paint schemes
The duplicates are just the car with or without a Busch Beer logo

I do miss the EA Sports NASCAR Thunder series, where it would tell what paint scheme it is. Like "2001 Pennzoil Chevrolet Monte Carlo", "2002 GM Goodwrench Service Plus Chevrolet Monte Carlo". and "2002 M&M's Pontiac Grand Prix".

Don't really mind the logos that are adult sponsors but why add a second or third main paint scheme just for the nascar heat logo? Several cars for several drivers are unnecessary. But hey, is that song from the NASCAR 2005 chase for the cup? I believe it is! Ah the memories!

Why do some of the Camaro's have the 2018 tail lights, and some have the 2019? Not a huge problem but they should maybe fix that with a patch or something
Matt Colegrove some have it because they used the old lights earlier in the season then switched

I'm noticing a bit of a dip in quality compared to previous years paints schemes. A lot of the numbers and sponsors are incorrectly sized or not rotated the right way, the base on some of the paint schemes not being shaped the right way, incorrect contingency placement/sizing/rotation, squished fender numbers (it looks like every car has that issue), etc. It's great that they added the Raced Version paint schemes but I would have liked the normal ones to looks better.
Don't get me wrong, I still think the Heat series has the best default paint schemes that have ever been in a NASCAR game on consoles, I just don't want them to get worse.

Again, NH thinks changing a few contingency stickers makes for "Bonus Content". BS, it's the same livery with some unrealistic decal stuck on an existing paint.
You are aware they run those decals in real life, right?

What I am saying is a minor change in contingency decals does not make for a new livery. Considering this "Bonus Content" is like saying mustard is bonus content for a hot dog.

@@RacingVagabond True enough. I ran my first race today, it is so much better than NH3 in so many ways. I'm playing with the AI settings, making them less 'perfect', which was another one of my bitches from previous versions. I normally run 97-100% AI and finish in the top 5, today I ran at 97% and finished 7th, and had to work hard at it. And had a lot more fun. Tire wear is my problem, and with the better settings control I can deal with that finally.
