Good ending: After noticing Garcello's Severe coughs, Boyfriend refused to carry on funkin until Garcello found medical help. Putting the Rap on hold they went to a hospital where Garcello is now recovering from his lung cancer with support from Boyfriend and Girlfriend each day, Him and Boyfriend are ready to continue the song when he is much better but that is in the future. As for now he can eat McDonalds on his hospital bed until then.
