Pan J, Abrhám když mu bylo 23 let, tak hrál tak vážných filmech. Todnešní začínající herci hraje v takových nesmyslných. Josef Abrhám zůstává vnáší ❤❤❤

Sad to report that Josef Abrhám (Slavek) died in May 2022. He had a long film and tv career that lasted over fifty years, often working with his wife.

We are always told how bad things used to be in eastern block countries, life back then looks a hell of a lot more interesting than today, and far more sustainable.

While I do understand what would make you say this and why, I think we should let the Czechs (and other countries in the eastern block nations) decide whether life was more interesting and "sustainable".

Daithi Kavanagh - people were happy with the simple pleasures of life in those days and more grateful not the greed of the world now and obsession of mobile phones .

I visited Czechoslovakia in 1975 as a teenager and I would not say it was interesting and sustainable. In fact the people seemed very downtrodden and depressed - life was nothing but a grind. Store shelves were only partially stocked and much of the food tasted stale. The border consisted of two rows of barbed wire, watch towers and guards carrying machine guns. It was a very scary situation to all of us teenagers on that trip.

You got that right, Daithi. And btw- they did not pay a dime for the birth of their child.
