- We showcase the men of the 525th Combat Engineer Battalion of the Philippine Army in this capability demonstration. The "Mandirigtas" or "Mandirigmang Tagaligtas" is the primary disaster response unit of the 51st Engineer Brigade. Watch as they show what it means to be a combat engineer.

Ang kailangan ng pinas more equipment and soldiers, need natin ng robust navy to take back the Sulu sea from pirates and patrol the seas to prevent foreign drug trade in the country. To eliminate the terrorism in the country, we need a better military not a law that kills free speech. The police weren't formed to combat terrorism, that's the military's job, giving too much power to the police enables the corrupted police officers to abuse the citizens as well as the lower ranking police.
Maganda sana kung meron silang bullpup rifles or SMGs para sa urban warfare, masyadong mahahaba ung rifle nila para sa narrow spaces.
Practice lang naman yan pag rating ng labanan SMG na gamit niyan o M14

It really depends on your personal preference, mostly. Each service has their unique and equally important way of serving our country, it just really depends on whether you want to be up in the air, on the sea or on ground :)

what i mean sir is that, m16a1 which these troops are using in the video are AR-15. i think you are refering to M4/R4 carbines which has shorter barrels and extendable buttstocks that also belongs to AR-15 designs and frames.
sir, those rifles you see in the video are still fully functional and reliable. In fact, i have an issued M16A1 that can still make a clean hit to 300m ironsight. 😁 just because its old it doesnt mean that its not reliable. 😁 yes carbines gives you more flexibility and even give you an option to shoot heavier ammunitions but still, those A1s will still get the job done as good as the modernized ARs.
