Mam, in my case ,case petition ,my first petition is on 16.8.2022 and my case shows disposed on 3.9.22 but it gain shows arguments
The period of 6-18 months is for the court to resolve the dispose of petition, not limitation on the parties. Hitesh Bhatnagar v. Deepak Bhatnagar 2011 SCC Pg 234
Agar marriage ke two month mein hi divorce file ker diya gaya aur lagbhag court mein 4 years se case chalta reha 4 years ke bad evidence and argument dono party se le gaya jab judgement ke time aaya to court abhi judgement nahi ker raha hai kabhi argument ka date aata hai to kabhi judgement ka issi terh chalte aa reha hai to aab kiya hoga. Kiya judgement di jayegi ya aur kuch ho sakta hai isme advocate ki galti thi ki two month by fault likh Diya jabki real mein divorce file one-year and two month ke bad hi file ki gaye thi. Please suggest
