I love the way she warms to the task as she plays. The eastern audience obviously have difficulty showing appreciation, she would be blown away by a western audience.
Absolutely brilliant as always. Interestingly not a single person is even tapping a foot in audience. I'm told this is all down to an East vs West culture difference. Any thoughts? It's impossible to know the full back-story of why this skinny (but very strong) little girl made the decision to throw herself upon us and the world and hold our attention. We like her. She seems to have planned it that way. Do we all have the capacity for accomplishment, she has shown, when we are young? I believe she has exceptional qualities that others lack, though I imagine she would deny it.
