Anno 1800 with mods: More building tiers and artistas

I think i'm done with this playthrough for real now, there really isn't much more to do. I'm using the following mods: Combat Overhaul Part 1: Ships, Industrial Low Tier Production, Jakob's Industrial Cities and Improved Trader Contracts.
