@@michaeltribbet9213 He totally reinvented the look and the personality of Aquaman for the movies. He is no longer a "pansy who talks to fish" and pretty much similar to how Aquaman is in the Injustice games. Someone you don't want to mess with, except in the movies he has a sense of humour to resonate more with audiences, like how the MCU reinvented Thor.
@@Benji568 Aquaman was already cool until the creator of the Superfriends tv show singlehandedly ruined his reputation among the casual masses by intentionally making him as uncool as possible in that show because he disliked the character. In the decades during and after the show's run the comics tried to undo the reputation that one piece of superhero media gave him and ended up overcorrecting making him really dark and edgy for awhile before eventually balancing back out. The talking to fish thing is false too. That power allows him to telepathically force sea creatures to behave how he wants, not to communicate with them. Other powers include super strength (relative to super strong Atlanteans), super durability (again relative to the Atlantean's deep sea physiology), super stamina, super reflexes, super speed (due to strength on land and abilities in water, *_way_* faster in water), accelerated healing, immense latent magic, and notable magic resistance. Atlanteans are already superhuman, but Aquaman is super-Atlantean due to his royal blood and amphibious nature granted by his human half. Speaking of "amphibious", he isn't restricted to bodies of water in any way like Family Guy joked about in two of these clips which is either a result of him being half-Human or Royal Atlantean (sometimes both) depending on the era. If you think Aquaman has always been a pansy then I suggest you read/watch any comic/show that sufficiently features his character that was neither produced by Hanna-Barbera nor during the Silver Age (every Silver Age comic was goofy due to strict censorship). You've already noticed Aquaman's character in Injustice and based on the one movie I've seen him in (JL: Snydercut) Jason Momoa's portrayal was also great, very comic accurate aside from his hair color (blond hair not being Atlantean has always been a plot point) which is excusable, but to claim those instances are outliers among the character's portrayals is just pure ignorance.
@@KHloreExpert From what I understand he is pretty cool in the comics. I didn't really know much about the Justice League until around 2011, 2012 ish. Even The Big Bang Theory made fun of Aquaman calling him "the loser of the group" as well as making fun of Hawkeye after the first Avengers movie came out. A lot of mainstream media doesn't really get comics at all sadly, with a few exceptions of course.
@@Benji568 I just realized that my prior response has potential to come across really harsh... sorry about that. The mainstream audiences just lack context is all. They see a character do something stupid and have no reason to doubt that's what they're like all the time since they haven't seen that character before and likely won't see them since outside the context of the same franchise. Shows like Big Bag Theory often fall into traps like that when they only do enough research to appear smart but not enough to be smart. That isn't to say it hasn't had smart writing, just that different amounts of research are put into different lines depending on their intended function in the episode. Sometimes it's worth going for the low hanging fruit to get a quick laugh.
Omg guys, I lost it at 8:30 cuz I couldn’t decipher Ryan’s sentence and that epic snort hahah 🤣 Haven’t seen Ryan laugh this hard in a while; Adam I ask again, how do you do it? You’re stone cold at these!
Great video, but just to offer a bit of advice, whenever you break like that, pause the video, otherwise you're not paying attention to the other jokes and will miss things. Really enjoy the channel, though.
I can't make it through any decent Family Guy compilation without breaking. Throw DC and Marvel characters into the mix, and I'm a gonner. I was out after Joe as Xavier.
It's so great when Ryan completely cracks up!
Everyone made fun of Aquaman for years until Jason Momoa made him cool.
That movie was horrendous lol Idk how cool he made him

Ryan, I felt your laughing. So true . Loved it
My sides hurt. 😂 You guys are killing me🤣
What you do is- both take a swig of beer when the video starts, and hold it in your mouth....first guy to spit beer out loses...😉
Ryan, I like it when you lose, because I enjoy watching you laugh! 😊🥰
I lost it at Superman's "Unthavable"

Surely the cause of death was some kind of projectile weapon.
The He-Man got me. :)
Great video neighbors
Daily dose of uploads
I lost it at 7:05 :D :D
Joe as Professor Xavier broke me
Joe: "What a surprise....." Lol
You do understand that the Wonder Twins were twins.
Great video, but just to offer a bit of advice, whenever you break like that, pause the video, otherwise you're not paying attention to the other jokes and will miss things. Really enjoy the channel, though.
They didn't include the one where Spider-Man saves Cleveland
And now we do the waiting game,,,lol
Where did that kid find The Thing's "thing"? Was it in a tree? Did a Keebler have it? Was a trump-munk in the tree?
They literally blew their brains out
Aqua man used to be funny I see...
Jason Momoa: “Hold my Beer!”
I can't make it through any decent Family Guy compilation without breaking. Throw DC and Marvel characters into the mix, and I'm a gonner. I was out after Joe as Xavier.
Lol😂
$11.50 for all dressed chips in Australia from O Canada Store
Watch epic rap battles of history
Watched this and barely smiled. Yeah, it was funny, but...
And that’s when I realized something was wrong with my soul.
😂 😂
Yeah, Family Guy lost their talent in comedy for me. Aquaman victim blaming that woman, not okay.
