Summary of the story:
A child with a simple wish and a powerful quirk, the possibilities are endless. This time though, instead of healing Izuku or regressing him, Eri had turned back time. Now Izuku has a chance to do everything better, if he doesn't mess things up too much.

You don't want to change the future to much. It can cause more problems like if someone knew these events were happening they would suspect deku of being a time traveler.

it was explained, he was just some random kid back then so it's unlikely he would listen, probably a similar reason for not saving Tenko us 4-5 years older so the incident with his family likely happened before Izuku could do anything even if he could convince someone
