Oh my goodness! Same experience as me, I used to love horror films and CSI but The Lord convicted me of that and I got rid of all of my horror films and there was A LOT and my anxiety has been relieved so much, thank you Jesus!

Wow, your message gave me a ton of things to think about and reflect upon; I have some work to do Wendy! I find so much in these older videos ( miraculously just as I need them). All of your 4 points hit home. If I am a Christ follower as I profess to be, I need to make more changes to honor Him more and rebuke the devil in this world. Good morning! I listened to this last night. So good. I'm learning really good things from you. You articulate the truths that are so relevant to our walk with Christ. This isn't a game and the Bible isn't a book or Chicken Soup stories to stroke our itty bitty souls with feel good messages! It's so, so much more. Our only source of truth of Who our Father is...our isn't. I am loving to studying with you. Growing daily and being strengthened in my walk by the Word. Thank you Wendy.❤

I'll start with saying as you said you got a storm while talking, I heard thunder outside of my house as the storm clouds are rolling in. I prayed today about being so sad that I feel I am losing close childhood friends that are not true believers. It keeps bringing me sadness and pain that they dont only reject me but reject God's word which is the real heart breaker. I also feel I need to continue being "worldly to find any commonality with them at all" I am losing close relationships with family and friends but I try to "save them" by "throwing some wisdom at them" hoping that the living word will touch their hearts but I feel defeated and discouraged like Im not good at spreading the word. I know they have a choice I know I need to keep moving fwd in faith, but some days are hard and some people are hard to give up on.
If you belong to Jesus, nothing in you needs the world anymore. You now belong to the light and heaven is your home. I know losing those we love is hard, but keep focusing on Jesus! He loves you so! Also remember we don’t “save” anyone. Only He can do that. Keep asking Him to allow you to be a light and a vessel used for His purposes.

Hi Wendy. You said in one of your videos iron sharpens iron and let you know if something doesn't sound right. John 10:10 The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy is about those who come preaching a false gospel. I too for years thought it was the devil, but when read in context I understand it to be false teachers.
Hey Gina! While in context I believe this is true too, yes, Amen, and absolutely... I think for me I remember that the enemy is a false teacher. He does seek to kill, steal, and destroy. He is an enemy of God and the enemy of our soul. The thief comes... like Satan comes... stealthy and using master trickery under the cover of darkness in the night, when his victims are asleep and off their guard. "Thief" is the enemy who wants to not only kill but steal, and not only steal, but ultimately destroy. I think for me it's a good reminder that Satan, too, is in that camp of destructive teachers.
