- I went on a journey to tour Navrongo in the Upper East of Ghana, West Africa and I couldn't believe how amazing it was. The landscape and scenery was amazing and beautiful! I met with @gloriakaymen7422 and she took me around. I can't believe what I saw
Hi Justin! Good job! I'm here after Victoria's video about you 😉
Thanks very much. I hope you enjoy my videos
Nice vlog. Most of the Ghanaian towns need upgrading and modern infrastructure and City/Town Authorities need to clean up the towns
Small small, it will take time
They're on to something with this solar thing.
Awesome vlog btw
Yup! And thanks 🙏🏾
Thanks 😊 for visiting and showcasing my hometown 🥹
I see my beautiful Sis Gloria and Mom there🥰🤗
I will definitely be back
@@jojustin
Would love to host you🤗
Wow never knew navorongo was so stunning as a Ghanaian wow
Ghana is underrated wow
And still a lot more potential
TRUE.Too much of Accra Accra Accra. Most of the CZcamsrs are based in Accra and most of their videos are centred around Accra
Why am I in your whole video?!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🙊🙈😬 😢
Navrongo is the most beautiful town in the northern eastern part of Ghana 🇬🇭.
I can agree
I lived in Ghana for eight years, starting in 1963 for two years. My last time was in 1994-1995 when I lived in Tamale and visited Bolgatanga and Navrongo (all three in 1963 and also in 94-95). Nice to see your videos on Navrongo. I always liked Navrongo, as well as Bolga and Tamale. Quite a change between my first and last time there. Now I can see even more changes in all three places.
Wow. That’s a long period and a long time ago. I’m sure you’ll find it to be very very different then
@@jojustin Yes, long ago and far away from where I am now. Completely different from what it was.
@@tonyberezowecki we hope you come back again 🫂🇬🇭
@@abasskalalatom8476 Yes, I really would like to return but it seems that old age and infirmity may prevent that!!
@@tonyberezowecki ohhh it saddens my heart to hear that, though I don't know you, but Ghana will always be there for wherever you may be especially in ur heart. much love from Ghana 🇬🇭 🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂

Iam really into solar energy
Totally 💯. Hopefully more towns can get this
Wow..TZ is on the menu !!
I had so much TZ but unfortunately I couldn’t film any of those times. Loved it
It's quite hilarious,so in the northern Ghana you take tuwo zafi you even have a name for it as"TZ"😂😂😂😂
Anyways a Naija 🇳🇬 brother love ❤️ your channel and just subscribed
Navrongo Tono irigation
whole town powered by solar?! wow.. interesting and refreshing to hear
Yup. Quite refreshing. I hope more towns and eventually the cities can get this
That's not true though. Maybe that village or area you went to. That solar is nowhere enough for the whole of Navrongo.
@@aberba I went as far as going beyond the Tedam university. That’s quite a distance from the plant. And they were receiving power from the plant in those areas
Another thing is, unlike the major cities, electricity consumption there isn’t crazy. The nights are really quite. And the solar is in the middle of Navrongo. At Pungu. And that wasn’t a village separate from the town. It was somewhere near the center of the town.
@@aberba have you been there to say it's not true? And why will he lie? Massa just enjoy or go and sleep, some of you like talking rubbish.
She said are you buying ??😂
I'm happy to see this video, but I think you should use this one as in introductory video because Nanvrongo has much places to visit and be captured in a full video.try shooting Navrongo and Paga combine to capture other tourists sites like the Via dam,the Pikoro slaves camp in Paga , the Paga crocodile ponds
Vea dam is never from Navrongo but rather Bongo very close to Bolga besides that,Navrongo ethnically different from Bolgatanga and Bongo
@@andyazure9532 that’s not entirely the truth, because the nankana people of navrongo are actually related to the people of bolga and bongo, the only tribe which is different is the kasena’s of navrongo.
The vea dam is actually in bongo district.
@@kofisam4106 you are right about that
Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll consider that next time
Oh OMG!! I am in love with the north. It is the most serene and peaceful place in the whole of West Africa. I think I am going to arrange some seed funding for the basket bags. God, how can those be sold for a dollar.
Really nice place
You guys are very funny, everything to you guys is a competition with West African Countries. Wow... Though how many West African Countries, Cities or Towns have you been to? Nonsense...
How can you called these village town without any proper buildings the most beautiful town? Because of that small serene? My Goodness.
@@papap1186 Is Navrongo a city? king of comparison keep comparing
@@dennisbrown7930 it's a Village Town not City.
@@dennisbrown7930 me comparing? Lol...
You guys are the ones always comparing your villages to West Africa Countries.
Sounds Barbadian....... `jwill call you if anything` lol
lol
Nice video… there are more interesting places to visit in Navrongo though.… the catholic museum, Tono dam, a century old basilica built with mud etc..
Did Gloria actually take the alcoholic pito 🍻😅 I can’t wait for the video on the northern foods..
Thanks. I will try to visit more places. The Pito was non-alcoholic. I personally do not take alcohol so I insisted on the fresh non fermented one
Are there any mountains?
I’m not certain but I doubt there are actually mountains in Navrongo. But if you go further up north there are several mountains
There are tongo Hills in the Upper East Region not mountains but hills
Question...those beautiful homes powered by Solar...who lives there? Africans or Europeans
The whole town is powered by solar energy. Not just those homes around it. And Navrongo is largely indigenous. Most people who live there are natives of Navrongo. And a few other from neighboring towns. To answer your question, is Ghanaians living there. So yes, all Africans
@@jojustin that's awesome. Thank you
Please what are Gloria's social media handles so that when i get to navtongo shd can take me around.
Gloria Kaymen
Gloria responded. ⬆️
Are there crocodiles in the pond?
Not this particular pond. Maybe some in the other ones
What is the price of land in that part of Ghana
What's the price on farm land
I’m not sure
But it will be cheaper than Accra, my neighbour told me , that is his hometown.
Bush
😂😂
Please keep Navrongo the way it is. Don’t come destroy the nature like in Accra!
Beautiful place but looks to me like a village and not a town.
I am related to Abapuuri Welaga ❤
Please not that small
lol. Sorry oo
