I’d really like a frog next. On my wish list I want a tegu lol. I don’t see myself getting a reptile in the near future unless it’s a rescue or something. But eventually I’d like to have more of what I already have, snakes, different types of tortoises etc.
Hey! Marshmallow was around 9 months here. He has been upgraded since then into a 3’ wide by 2’ deep. He will also be having a final upgrade into a 5’ enclosure this fall 🥰🥰🥰
Russian or Herman’s tortoise are a great option. They only get about 7-9” big. If you don’t mind insects then box turtles are another great option. Once you research the proper setup and diet for them, they are fairly easy to care for. Thanks for watching!

I feed them every 2 months. Mostly because Nairobi was on the heavier side 🤣 now that she is at a healthier weight I’ll probably start offering them once a month.
Why u feed live there’s no need to put more stress through that animal. Not only is it cruel it can have a negative affect on the snake as it is known for the rats to attack snakes. it’s just lazy for people that can’t be bothered to heat up a frozen thawed
Not everyone’s animal is the same. Feeder animals exist for a reason and people are entitled to feed their animals however they see fit and whatever works best for their animal. I feed my snakes live because it is cheaper and they won’t take frozen thawed at all

It’s not cruel it’s life with owning animals yes rats can attack the snake but if you monitor them nothing will happen
