Agree with this. If the lazy trait doesn't go spontaneously, I think when they hit adult stage, it could be good for story. Like they grew up and changed the mindset with maturity. Also the idea of a horse randomly wandering around in the smog and rubbish, causing chaos, is fun.

Tinker and Quinn can have a combined barn/stable where they do all their fabrication! It makes sense to me that they'd want to rough it more than their parents
I'm pro moving to Evergreen Harbor. The eco lifestyle pack is so great and there's so much in the world that will help future plans. A horse could be cool too. For the lazy trait I think you should keep it until you get a pop up to change it
YES please do the Eco Lifestyle kind of story with Tinker! It would be so nice to have different stories other than traditional legacy story lines we get.

Tinker's contradicting traits are honestly relatable. They can't decide between lazy-active, Frank-Quinn... the drama.

Yeah, but I feel like there are more first hand accounts of bigfoot and mothman than there are of the graduation ceremony working in the sims 4 lol (I've never had it work a single time)

I vote the waterfront lots in Evergreen Harbour, I build converted shipping container homes with like green roofs and stuff all the time and they turn out so fun, plus a green roof means more backyard space for the horse (who definitely doesn't need a full barn just like build a carport looking thing and try and find one of those "loves the outdoors" horses), it could look super cool and different from what a lot of the legacy houses have looked like before
My vote is that if Tinker gets the pop up to switch from lazy to a different trait, do it. Otherwise, leave the trait be.
i think moving Tinker into Evergreen Harbor could be fun to see the gameplay and how the town changes over time. It seems fitting for them having the fabrication aspiration and going to be named Tinker Tinker eventually lol. Quinn having a horse would also be cute. I imagine that a pop up will come eventually to change out the lazy trait if you keep having them do things that clash with it, but if it is causing too many issues, I would not be opposed to changing it and acting like one of those popups happened.
yes play with eco lifestyle! i don’t have that pack and generally don’t see much gameplay of that world. i feel like it would be interesting to have each gen of this next legacy continue to really dive into different packs in full like you did with the acting career, university, growing together, ect recently. quinn’s children could maybe delve into horse ranch’s world too if he passes that interest down! i have a stronger memories of the generations that centered around major gameplay, and its fun to revisit old packs with new sims. also you could always make the story of the lazy trait be that tinker just grew up and matured out of it.
I looove the lot near the waterfall in Evergreen Harbor!! I hope the next house can be there, but I'm scared it won't have enough space for the horse lol

If your sim is going to go dumpster diving, the lot in front of the Waterfront is a good spot, there are three dumpsters and 2 soy plants close to it. Plus you can create a pond for them to fish, a greenhouse for a garden--well, that's after dumpster diving, but first make sure she gets the freegan or collector trait.
You can just think about it like this: it’s been like 12 generations and maybe the Malcom Landgrabb and Judy Ward are actually Malcom the Second and Judy Ward the Second
Oh please go to Evergreen Harbour, that same lot in the more industrial part of the city would be really nice to settle in and see the whole neighbourhood become greener with time, yes to that. Also yes to the horse, I can only imagine the type of weird looking horse this household can get

I think it's kinda fun that Tinker's traits are a little conflicting! It's giving them some depth, you know? It makes them feel a little more like real person. They really want to be good and change the world, but they are just so goddamn lazy. Also, maybe at some point some trait change appears? Or you could buy that potion to change the traits at some points, like some character development :)
Also, I'm pro moving to Evergreen Harbor and pro getting a horsie :D

I’m all for changing their lazy trait. It just doesn’t make sense. Also you can keep the horse trait without them having to get one. It only makes sense for them to live in Evergreen Harbor. Like this gen is perfect for eco lifestyle!!!

It would be cool if Tinker dyes their hair blonde, and you draw the green from clothes, like Tinkerbell she's a maker. I wouldn't pass that opportunity and she does look like that in the Disney movies. They would look so awesome.

[7:04] Report the "Birthday Girl" thing to them on the EA boards, then. They ask for players who notice mistakes like that to report them so they know it needs to be fixed. If players don't tell them about the problem said players will just have to remain frustrated about it.
You complain about Sims dogs, see ghost Betty is still lingering and then get rid of all her things... Ghost cats still need and use those things in the Sims! If Betty is still around, keep them so she can be a happy ghost kitty!

I think it’s kinda fun for tinker to have a constant inner battle going on, keeps thinks interesting lol. Also evergreen harbor and horses are good and chaotic
I think you should stay within the townhouses ! I like the idea of them all living on the same lot, or alternatively moving the siblings to the townhouses next door so they’re all together and tinker is like the adventurer who moves out of town !
Yes to Evergreen Harbor and yes to adopting a horse! And it's kinda good that the Stuff Pack is being released before you build a house, because this new skill is perfect for Tinker and they need a skill room with the jewellery making station, fabrication station, maybe candle making?

Tinker’s story: they’re childhood friends with Frank and start dating in high school. They have always had a bit of a crush on Quinn, but from a afar as they don’t hang out in the same social circles and Tinker isn’t about to ruin a good thing with Frank for potentially having something with Quinn. Then they move out of their parents home to Evergreen harbour and start volunteering at the community centre… and who else volunteers there..? Quinn. Tinker and Quinn spend a whole lot of time together and feelings get to a point where Tinker breaks up with Frank
I am still Team Frank. I feel so bad for him. :/ Also, Tinker could totally go for the new gem pack since they are a maker sim, change to a recycler, and live in Evergreen Harbor. Lol.

To have so much drama in a Sims game has to be a gift. lol. So much happens to your household, more than any other Sim player I've seen. You could make like one Sim lazy and the rest something else.

I feel like Tinker and Quinn will have a cute little family, but eventually they are going to get over Quinn (like adulthood) because they wanted him in high school but was in a committed relationship and tries to get back with Frank !
You could purchase the re-traiting potion for Tinker so that the trait switch feels more earned! Also, living in Evergreen harbor seems fun! If it’s convenient to get a horse I say do it. You could always adopt an elder horse or two!

The very first sim of my legacy was nonbinary and during their wedding the popup called them the 'husband' it bothered me so much

40,000 is not too much money. If you looked at the household funds in my super sim challenge my super sim has enough money to pay for every single one of her kids to go to college and buy them an expensive house when they move out with so many simoleons leftover because she's earned so much money throughout all the careers she's had. It's insane. Even if she "ran out" of money she could easily earn it back.
I love how Kayla just uses cheats when she feels it works for the story and stuff. I always end up playing with strict rules and stuff and seeing someone just do whatever they want reminds me that I am allowed to as well
I think Tinker deserves a switch in the lazy trait, she has never been actually lazy, i'm surprised the game didn't ask about it on its own. Also love that she's gonna be with a Tinker but I think that the horse will be too overwhelming, they demand so much attention, and Tinker Bell already will have lots to do around Evergreen Harbour!

For the next legacy house you could build a neighborhood. Kinda like the suburban neighborhood that you uploaded a couple weeks ago. That way tinker and their future family could have their own house but still be on the same lot as their family

When Tinker and Quinn get married you should hyphenate their last names. I know you mentioned becoming Tinker Tinker but I honestly think it would be funnier to become Tinker Bell-Tinker or Tinker Tinker-Bell. Also it preserves the Bell legacy last name!

Completely off topic, but I think it would be awesome if the sims team gave us a kitchen trash can counter thingy. I know some irl houses put the trash can into the lower cabinets, and I think it would be really cool and space saving to have something like that added into the game.
pls keep the townhouse/multiple houses for the extended family on one lot for tinkers house! its so fun and especially with belles kids she can have her own decorated place on the lot too and thrn may and the parents :)
