Idk if any one else mentioned this, and it's only 20 speed grow, but you can plant mix seeds on day 1 and get a cauliflower by day 12 which gets you the spring bundle completion. It'll give you one extra harvest on 20 strawberries

Hi great video! Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but there are a couple you could optimise this method… If you choose the riverland farm, you get a free fish smoker which means you can double the selling price of any fish at the cost of one coal (smoked fish benefit from the artisan profession so best to sell them after you reach level 10 farming which you could get depending on the number of starberries). Secondly, to increase your chance of getting a perfect catch, I would suggest buying a training rod and using this for the first few days since you get more fishing xp from a perfect catch :) hope this helps
Surprised you didn't start on the riverlands farm for this challenge since it comes with a fish smoker. It's not worth it for the cheap fish, but catfish go hard when smoked in terms of profit.

good vid but you could have just unlocked the bus through clay farming and then reach lv 120 in mines in 8 to 9 days after which it would be just skull cavern runs and you would reach level 10 mining so you could get the skill that gives more money by selling bars of iron and etc so you just needed to sell iridium bars which sell for 1500g per bar.
That's great advice, I wanted to take another route on this playthrough and try something new because I've seen that done a lot. Although its definitely a great way to do it.
Clay farming is no longer available (at least if you don't check some boxes)

How do you move the chest around with the loot in it? I left my chest at the dock and the next morning it was just loot on the ground, or did you just run back and forth to store all the fish at your home before getting the better price fish proficiency?
When you leave a chest at the docks or anywhere on the map you have to be careful not to put it in the path of an NPC because they can move it or destroy it, so I just brought it with me and placed it off to the side and filled it there and when it came time to sell I went back and forth to Willy’s, then just made another chest for the river fishing spot. Once you get a backpack it’s not too bad to just take all your fish home with you from the chest

First time playing this gem just tonight, so far a fun experience. Seems to a newer player like myself that this game would take forever to complete fully. Looking forward to the adventure

does it matter what location you fish at? i’m always fishing at the beach and don’t make that much 😪
@@soarskai it does! I didn’t know at first but you can google a map of which fish are where on the map and which fish are there per season, I like the river water for rainy days because the Catfish sells for a lot of money but it can be a little tough to catch until you level up your rod
I think mountain fish is more profitable in spring, ocean for summer

Try harder u can easily make up to half a million in 1st Spring
I would also suggest pushing progress towards ginger island (B4 summer) It rly helps to make money in the long term
Here is my plan for every run
Crate girl
Day 1 chop trees (skip stumps) for forging level 1
Scythe weeds everywhere for extra mixed seeds
Plant parsnips and mixed seeds
Chair skip to get access in secret wood kill all slimes with scythe for chance to get extra money from mahogany seeds
Talk to every villager if u know the route (I still cannot memorize it so I just ignore that part)
Sell everything u don't need clay mahogany seeds sap etc
Craft 2 chest 1 for base 1 to carry with u for fish
Donate to museum anything if u have but don't grab money till day 2
Day 2 fishing day water Ur plants grab hoe, chest and rush to Willey grab fishing rod put the chest in the right of Willey's shop and start fishing I have to cast a fishing rod to the east as far as u can u must farm 1800 total gold up to 16:00 to buy new fishing rod and baits if he sells catfish bait buy it as well
The next step is to farm 500-1000 gold for soup (+1 fishing) and extra baits 100+ if u manage it before 17:00 great 👍 if not its totally fine
Coz all of that is set up for a catfish farm next day DONT SELL all fish just that amount u need to buy stuff
After Willey closes the shop keeps fishing till 2 am also keep all fish in the chest if u did everything right Ur fishing level should be around 4-5
Day 3 THE DAY. Today we're gonna farm catfish so we rush to Willey and keep farming sea fish till his open shop to sell oll fish and buy baits and soups (if u didn't manage it day before) now grab chest and rush to Leya`s house fish for the whole day here don't sell catfish if is not necessary (better smoke it later but it fine if u need to sell all )
Day 4 creates a new chest for a new fishing spot (mountain) and fish here exempts rainy days (in rainy days go back to catfish spot)
Drop on the ground any ore nugget to trigger scrip for the smelter recipe (if u don't have 1 just buy it from Clint )
From now on u have 2 routes upgrade pickaxe to gold at day 11 or axe to iron and pickaxe to copper (I personally prefer 2nd) most of the ore u should find in treasure chest all missing ore buy from Clint (sell catfish if u missing some money)
Calculate how much exp u need for farming lvl 2 buy exact that amount of seeds and plant them
Till day 9 keep fishing and make bars for upgrade Ur tools
Day 9 from now on u chop every stump in secret wood every day
Also trigger cutscene for CC if you don't do it before
Start diving in the mines up to lvl 120 (with animation canceling u can make it in 2-3 days )
After that farm dust sprites at lvl65 for burger ring (might also get a prismatic shard )
Past day 10-11 u must calculate how much exp u need to lvl 6 farming (must get it B4 summer )
Craft about 10-15 sprinklers usually that enough
Farm for fish smoker and buy iridium rod for catching Legend as soon as possible start smoke catfish
Recover bridge in the beach to craft bait maker for catfish target bait
Skip all villagers event
After day ~13 u probably have enough resources to repair carts
Day 16-17 repair buss from now on rush to the scull mines u need farm 5 battery packs they drop from iridium bat ( floor 51+)
Craft iridium bars and sell it for 1500g each (except 1st one spend it on slime hatchery I would also suggest craft iridium band )
On the last thursday of the season buy deluxe speed gro fertilisers buy about 500 (and 500 carambola seeds on the 1st day of summer )
Repair town after joining JoJo and Willey ship in the last days of the season
At this point u farm about 500k+ G
Ur skills are 6 farming 8 foraging and 10 mining fight and fishing
why are you selling your fish to willy he rips you off lol just put in the crate next to your house - go to sleep and you'll have made so much more more

I thought the same thing as well but he actually buys them for the same price, the only difference is preference, do you need your money right away or do you not mind waiting

Just spend time destroying all the tree and rock then keep selling it all to buy seeds and just plant . I made 700k just growing and selling but u need to spend everything on seeds. For the first yr just skipping days fast . It will take for ever fishing which this dude isnt telling u . U can only use the bamboo rod for awhile this dude probably cheating for a video
@@RR-ty6zz lmao what?? Cheating in Stardew is crazy 😭 you can just see everything I did and do it there’s no cheating. The problem with selling all your foraged items is that you have nothing for crafting later and you’ve effectively gotten rid of all your resources. But if that’s how you want to play to each their own of course

@@kloudnaps to start it doesnt matter n u can save a small amount of rss to complete task which doesnt require much and if the task requests rss then u need to most of the time get new. Like farm wood or w.e then turn it in or u fail any way
