Why would you get banned for making trades? It's in the game for a reason
You just cant manipulate the market with them (trading lemieux for a base card or something)
As long as the trade is fair-ish value, you wont be banned

This is just the normal auction house - you don't have to accept any trades if don't want to - but people can still bid coins
