He probably is under the assumption that because heâs Bruceâs only biological child that heâs gonna be priority in Bruceâs will. Which just shows how little he knows about Bruce at this point because Bruce would more than likely split it evenly between all his kids or split everything between who would need what and how theyâd make use of what theyâve been giving. Funny thing is. Legally Damian would inherit nothing as his birth was completely unknown to USA identification bureau.

Until a DNA test is performed granting full birth right of the father including, citizenship regardless of birth place and possibly almost full inheritance. Since Dick is an adopted ward he has a case to challenge Damiens full claim. Dick would probably end up with 15% of Bruce's fortune if challenged in court by Damien.
Damian would fall under the legal jurisdiction of a stateless person. It's not simple at all to deport someone like that because they have no country of origin.
HOWEVER, Damian's father is a US citizen and filthy rich. So there is an almost 100% chance he would be naturalized.

Which just shows how little he knows about Bruce at this point because Bruce would more than likely split it evenly between all his kids or split everything between who would need what and how theyâd make use of what theyâve been giving. Thereâs a comic where he leaves the company to Tim and he boosts there profits exponentially.

No one will ever know the joy that swept over me when they killed Damien, as well as how ecstatic I was when it wasn't a very quick or painless death.
