Here in Spain, we do not frequently use bells with tuned notes, the bells that are in the towers are almost always very old that it has been possible to restore and make a set of bells. Also here we use another bell turning system, here the yoke of the bell is made heavier so that it can rotate. As you said before, the second small bell had a bell with a stretched body and that is why it produces a higher pitched sound in real life. :)
