  • Crazy mess inside. I will leave them alone until they can move out and then close it up again.

Hiya Greg, cool old building, when I heard the hiss I knew exactly what it was 😂, we have them here, and they use too go up in our hay barn when I was a kid. And they stink. I hope you have a awesome blessed day. Cya!

I had no idea what I would find up there. I was kinda worried that it was a bear that made the big hole in the floor, but it didn't sound like any bear I have heard before. We never had birds other than sparrows and pigeons in our barn. Sure surprised me when the mother bird flew out. lol

We had porcupines gnawing on the front door, and even gnawing on an old cast aluminum skillet used to feed the dog, at our camp in Northern Vermont.

Turkey Vultures just started nesting in our area versus traveling through to other nesting places after a massive clean-up of the rivers and wetland areas. Now we consider it Good Luck if they use our sheds and garages to nest in. I'm sure not everyone feels that way but most do. Turkey Vultures are my favorite large bird, then the white pelicans, which have also started migrating through and some now stay. Nature is so awesome and resilient.
