Since everyone in the country that has a MOTS ticket got the email with the code. It means the other cancelled shows like Atlantic or DC. They all got the email it’s not just the LA area. So many people are going fly in. That’s why I think it was hard to get a ticket

I am sorry that this happened to you..I totally feel your stress :/ I experienced the same issues earlier but I got lucky and was able to get the tickets in the upper level around 4:50pm..I was aiming for section 100’s (that was the section we got for MOTS in Santa Clara) but we are sitting a bit upper than what we got for MOTS for this concert..I kinda screwed up while ticketing but I agree, the server was having way too many issues..wish they could’ve made it fair for the past purchasers 😔 anyway, I hope you find one tmr! 🙏 fighting!

I'm very sorry this happened to you. I also tried to get tickets during the MOTS presale and had SO many issues and was so stressed out and gave up after two hours. I was lucky enough to have a code for Verified Army Presale and secured Silver Soundcheck for 12/02. I have never experienced anything like this. While I feel horrible for the other ARMYs who were not successful, I know I am blessed to have had a positive outcome. ♥ (I pray HYBE opts to add another show or two as a result of all of this chaos) !!!!!

ticketmaster tip was to try to buy from a laptop or computer...i used my computer for a better view of the map..got in the queue with 70 ppl in front but i was next in less than a minute.. i was able to get barricade in b2 row 14.for dec 2.after like 4 times of errors ..hope u get tickets good luck!

thanks for sharing, this experience was truly horrible for Army.. why is it SO difficult and stressful to TRY for tickets... TM was terrible to handle too... VIP access didn't score any tix either. just luck of the draw for some.. even the luckiest ppl didn't get jack... just add $50++ at the end of the total of the ticket instead of making Army going thru ridic and time wasting hoops for NOTHING. I hope we go someday! Wishing they add more dates to LA, or tour 2022!!!

Im sorry this happened to you. I kept getting that error code too and a moot on twitter gave me a tip to open up another tab and go back to that same page (while keeping the previous one open) and it worked for me.

Hey! I am so sorry this happened to you as well :( it happened to me too I got in when there were decent seats available but no matter what I did I kept getting the error messages. I recorded what happened to mine as well. What I ended up doing too was joining the queue for another day and getting tickets even though they are wayyyy up on the last level I was so sad watching you go through the exact same thing I did ugh .

I feel for you, I had presales ticket code too since I had MOTS7 tickets BUT I tried for 6.5hrs and kept getting Ticketmaster oops error & had to restart since refresh kept freezing up. I'm so disappointed in this process, then also found out that season ticket holders for a good chunk of tickets before presale😩😩😩

So sorry for your experience. I was in tears as well. It took me over 2hrs to get in and every seat I tried said another person beat me or error. I only tried the floor and next sections a few times and realized I need to just hit nose bleeds cause not as many people would go for them and sure enough I got them. Best of luck next time.

Thank you so much! Hopefully things will work out better this time around. When the error came up, I just tried clicking new seats. Only after getting the error for a long time, I refreshed. You want to avoid refreshing when you’re in the ticket select page because it could kick you out, which did happen to me.
I am Army too and I didn’t even get a chance for presale. Ticketmaster sent me a verified fan email for registration and the did, never got a code. I never got a chance. Now, my only chance is to join the public sale. I’m sure there will be nothing left except super inflated ticket prices that are unaffordable. I’m bewildered and unhappy.
Dude Ticketmaster is the worst. I had access code and it wouldn’t work like wtf when I was finally able to choose a ticket the screen would go black n not respond like wtf I still got tickets but I feel like I shaved off 10 years of my life cuz of the buying process

I figured most people would click those, i just frantically clicked in the 300 level. I know everyone wants floor seats. I also have the “advantage” of being disabled. I look ok but I can’t walk far or stand up for a long time. So I used the filter to get an Accessible ticket.

if i want to buy 3 tickets, do i need to buy them all seated together? or can i get 2 seats in a different section and 1 in other section? will it kick me out if i do that?
You don’t have to buy them in a row if you use the map, but it might be harder that way.
I got a code for the global fan yesterday the que took us 1 hr before getting in. Keep trying to get ticket but it says “another fan bit you in this seat” refresh again the seating map.. still the same went to different dates stil the same. Took us 2 hrs to keep trying to get ticket but turned out the seat is all gone. I understand the flooding of fans trying to get tickets but what i dont understand why in a 3rd party seller like vividseats got more seats available that shows skyrocket prices for this concert? For me this is so unfair for the BTS ARMY fans to be screwed over by the scalpers.
I totally agree! It’s so awful.
The parking passes are also sold out (at least for 12/02) yet the scalpers already have plenty to sell. Sofi parking is $55 but the scalpers like Vivid and TicketCity are selling the passes for over $250 a piece. I don't know how that is even legal. Parking should be first come first served AT the stadium the day of the event to avoid greed and chaos. It's really sad and disappointing.
@@usgenxr this is a mess and horrible.. hope bighits and bts hear our cry😭😭😭because BTS Army are willing to spend money, support and see them in person just to be screwed over by Ticketmaster and scalpers and take advantage of their popularity.
@@usgenxr Not sure where you are seeing sold-out parking. I'm looking at Dec. 2 right now, and all 6 lots at the stadium are available (albeit a bit pricier than a few days ago). Visit the stadium's website, click on Stadium then Parking, and you'll be taken to the website that the stadium uses to book spaces. Hope this helps.
I used my phone was able to get tickets for someone yesterday with no issues. I can't make it, fights out there cost to much. Hopefully they do something on the east cost.

I get the MOTS people getting first dibs and stuff but…I low key saw people buying seats for every concert. That’s such a waist. I’ve been waiting since 2019 for the chance to actually go to their concert but now it’s being taken away by selfish people. 😔💔
For real! I saw all these you tubers that go to every single one of their concert, and I’ve never been to one but couldn’t even get one single ticket! Of course they got theirs 😩 so frustrating

Ticketmaster emailed a code to people that bought previous MOTS tickets. I got the email on September 27th.

Honestly HYBE/BigHit is just as much to blame for this. 4 shows just in LA?? And they sent this presale code to everyone who bought MOTS, not just the LA show.
Yeah, I hope that they give another code for a tour in the future. That way East coast and Canadian fans have a better chance of seeing them. I feel very sorry for them since there’s only shows in LA.
Don’t you think HYBE/Big Hit and the members wanted more concerts? For HYBE the more concerts the better especially financially. The members would want to do as many locations as possible for their fans. So I think there was a good reason for the decision to hold concerts in LA at the end of the year. I can think of a few good reasons. They might even have another reason to be in LA at that time besides the concert. Try not to blame HYBE, Big Hit or BTS members ( we know the members have a say in the concert decisions ). It’s very harsh of you and I think unfair too since we do not know all the facts. I really hope you can go to a concert sometime. Since people across the country that had MOTS tickets and not just LA MOTS tickets that means millions of people got the code. I think SOFI holds about 70,000 seats per musical event and you just need to do the math. It’s very hard to get a ticket regardless of presale status. Fortunately my daughter got us tickets for the first night because she always gets tickets for some reason and I have never been successful for some reason. She’s very technologically savvy. The last Bangtan concert I went to was at Staples Center in LA. We had the best seats but I paid more than $700 for each ticket. It wasn’t a stadium so I think this concert might not be as intimate based on the size of the venue. It was more than worth it. I have a gut feeling that you will get tickets if there is a concert near you. The pandemic screwed up so many things in the last couple of years. But it looks like all the postponed Kpop tours are announcing having tours in 2022. I know that EPIK HIGH is having a concert tour including San Diego where I live. I’m definitely going to that concert too. Best of luck in the future getting tickets. Sorry for this long ass comment. I don’t usually write comments ever.
