I needed this video! Thank you 😊
This video is a great source of information. Thank You and Good Luck !
Glad it was helpful!
That’s sooo cool Kelly. 👊🏻👊🏻
Thank you for a great tutorial.👏
Glad I seen this. My sphere arrived today and I was a bit unsure about being able to create anything as I don't have a laptop. Now I know I can still do some
Hello my friend. Great job! Thanks for sharing this video! Always believe in yourself and keep doing what you love, good luck👍🌹🌹🌹
That was very informative. I learned several new things. Nicely done!
Glad it was helpful!
Great information Kelly, because this what you need to know before you invest in a 360 camera. There is a learning curve to editing process, I prefer to use the mobile app version, I find it easier to use in most cases. Thanks for sharing.
Very informative
Thanks for watching, Dominic!
Nice video, almost as nice as that pretty new shirt you sent Thank you!!!!!
I heard you won a shirt from Kelly! Congrats, Chris!
@@SunriseWaterMedia And stickers!!!!!!!

@@readysetdrone 🙏❤️
I really love to get a Insta360 for my Mavic Air 2 but just a little bit out of my price range. Its really amazing of what those cameras can do. Excellent tutorial video Kelly!!
Thanks Alan!
@@readysetdrone does the insta360 have a distance limit of 33 feet?
@@sandile1565 it'll have the same range as your drone. It's manual button to record.
Wait you mean it will keep recording when you go above 100 feet?
@@sandile1565 I haven't done it to say definitely yes but I would assume so since you press record on the sphere before you fly. It just record until you press the button again to stop
Brilliant video, thanks for making it… I struggle like crazy with the desktop version over the app but I’d love to do more on it.. I’ll try the desktop again later 👍🏻
That's interesting, Lee. I've tended to use the desktop version as I've found it to be easier from a workflow perspective, but I'm glad they give us all options.
@@SunriseWaterMedia I’ve only just got my Mac earlier in the year after many years with an iPad.. it’s silly things like on the iPad you can see the file and you know what your editing, from what I see you have no idea on a Mac and it’s all guesswork which file your working with, other things include what I am seeing on my Mac is totally different to others I’ve seen on CZcams, it’s like I am using a different program 🫤
@@hvee4 I know the feeling! On the left hand side of the desktop app, there should be a panel with different tabs that show the file you're working with.
@@SunriseWaterMedia I can see that but it’s just file names, on the app you can see the footage in an orb, it gives you an idea what your playing with…I guess if you only have one file it’s not an issue but I had 30 odd files and it was just impossible
@@hvee4 There should be an option to view the thumbnail, rather the file name. On my Mac, I can see a stretched preview of the video, when I click on the "preview thumbnail" icon just above the file names.
Is the Sphere mainly just made to use with this drone? I have considered getting an Insta360 X3. Do you have any suggestions for using an x3 with the Mavic 3, or is that something not recommended at this point? 🤷♂️
Interesting question. I haven't looked into mounting a 360 camera on the Mavic 3, but I don't think it's a bad idea, as long as you are careful and plan strategically.
As far as I'm aware, the sphere only works on the Air 2 / Air 2s.
Great video! Anyone in the chat looking to sell a insta360 sphere?!?
the app only works up to 33 feet therefore in sky at 300 feet to change settings u cant ,,, major flaw and tes it does interfere with gps alot of people have had problems
Where do you put the mini sd card ?
There is a slot in the Sphere for it.
How do you turn the audio off on the app so you don’t hear the noise of the propellers?
Possibly, when you export, if you choose to create a story, that may give you audio options. I haven't used it before, but noticed it gives music settings, so hopefully that helps.
@@SunriseWaterMedia thanks I’ll have to try it when I export. And have you found it to blurry video when it’s sunny out and you have the protective lens on with the camera?
Yes, for sure! That lens guard ruins the shot when flying towards the sun. It really only works decently well when the sun is behind the shot.@@brandin9323
read a review which says that the camera deletes some of the 360 video... i.e you lose some of the 360 view if you export as 360 (vr)
I haven't tried it recently, but I've seen other vr videos that seem fine.
@@readysetdrone i think i found out what "some" people are talking about... if you're too close to the stitch line,... yadda yadda yadda..... the drone is not really for close up work..... stay in the air and shouldn't have the proximity problem... make sense?
Just to let you all know it's not to cool for example ..your phone app controls the sphere up to 32 FEET //// so if you're flying above 33 feet which most of us are. you can't take photos or start video recording.Im just surprised all these your tubers don't mention this major FLAW.......
I did mention this flaw in my review video. Check out out here: czcams.com/video/GYUypdPrRbk/video.html
