Isha Yoga Center is a scenic spiritual destination, set at the foothills of the Majestic Velliangiri mountains in Coimbatore, the uniqueness of the center is one can explore all the four Major Paths of Yoga. Founded by Sadhguru, this destination is a varied mix of various offering for seekers and tourists. Here you can drink the breathtaking beauty of the Nilgiri Biospohere.
I visited this place on 31st December. Due to the special occasion, the stay inside the centre was full and we booked a hotel to stay outside. Otherwise, on usual days you can check Isha foundation website and make a booking.

There is no entry fee and there is Overseas help desk to facilitate your needs. Isha yoga center holds this magnificent spiritual Dhyanalinga - located 40 km from Coimbatore airport
While at the Isha Yoga Center on short visits, volunteers can help with kitchen activities, Isha Yoga program activities, or any of Isha's social projects.
Activities. The foundation organises gatherings (sathsangs) with Vasudev in the Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, where he delivers discourses, leads meditations, and conducts question-answer sessions.
Other things to do:
Take a dip in the water bodies - Theerthakunds.
Meditate within the sphere of Dhyanalinga.
Consecrate with Linga Bhairavi.
Walk to the world's largest bust sculpture of Lord Shiva.
Attend Aumkar sessions happen daily at the Centre
Isha Yoga Center offers free Dormitory stays for the Isha Volunteers. After completing the Isha Inner Engineering Completion program you are eligible to register as a Volunteer and offer seva. Along with free stay, Isha Volunteers get 2 meals free every day at the Biksha hall
