Most tragic line in the entire album right there. It's one thing to have been hurt by a loved one and be bitter about it, but to have never been loved in the first place is so much worse. :(

I remember getting this album 30 years ago i like all kinds of music, but this amazes me the recognition that it deserves goes under the radar an album with a story i don't know of any other like this i always get drawn back to this song it is up there with the very best, Blackie Lawless is one hell of a songwriter.
"The Crimson Idol" is arguably their best album. Strange, since it a concept album. Blackie Lawless states it's their greatest album and so does the majority of critics.
Think I bought it when I was 15-16. Strangely enough, I am still listening to it

I can't believe that I didn't hear of this band until 2020! This is REAL MUSIC, This band created music that was ahead of their time. A cover album done by Corey Taylor or even Within Temptation would be absolutely AWESOME.

I could get stuck watching WASP videos all afternoon if I'm not careful. WASP is one of my go-to bands that is often blasted out of my speakers when I work out. Try it. Also Manowar, Savatage and 70s Scorpions...and Ratt and Tesla for some reason.
