One of the most overlooked and underused tools on a truck company...it is an art to master salvage covers...We still had real duck canvas tarps from the 1920's, used until the 2000's...!

Great video Firefighter Hurst. I would have liked better without the music and heard the Firefighters talking or giving lecture on throwing tarps. Keep up the great work your doing. Love your videos

Tracy Parkhurst thank you for your feedback. I am thinking of doing lecture type videos on LAFD tools and equipment. This is was meant as a quick reference for probationary firefighters or members who need to relearn techniques rarely used. Stay tuned
