Depends on the members. Maybe if you join in Choco, Noel, Okayu, and Mel(?) you'll get those kinds of stuff.
Others use memberships as a way to let out more personal things. Could range from Pekora's more personal mengen stuff to Suisui's sparse, but relaxed chatting streams where she nerds out about stuff and freakin spoils anime and manga for you (I swear, this woman lol). Some use membership for watchalongs as well, but other holomems might do that for public streams anyway.
Some members, like Calli, has tiered membership where each level provides more exclusive content (you can see in her channel membership description).
Then you have members like Shion, who writes her more private stuff away from the larger public, such as her struggles, what's she been up to, and how she's doing, in the members' community post. So yeah, there's a variety of usage here.
