Because Kashmir would never have North Indian food like daal makhni, butter chicken etc. We have had are own food. It was pretty famous. Very diff than other North Indian food. We Hindus ate no onion, garlic to tomatoes. Muslims are it though but different masala’s. Honestly, I don’t care about Kashmir anymore.
