We rode shivering timbers and it was hella mid. The supposed airtime didn't exist and I rode it 5 times. People calling this a good woodie are crazy

My old home park. I worked on Timbers in 2004. Such an underrated park that just gets better and nicer every year.

Michigan so bad
I was just here last week, great park! Finally had the extremely unique experience of being in the perfect spot during park close; they let me stay on Timbers for the last ride, so I stayed in my seat and rode back seat twice in a row! Nice park, just remote enough to have manageable crowds no matter when you go. Free water park too! Love MI adventure.

I Would Definitely Recommend Thunderhawk it was Not as Good as Shivering Timbers But it was Still Awesome!

I don't care that it's not the right name. That roller coaster will always be called Shiver Me Timbers. If my parents didn't want me to call it that, they should've corrected me when I was a child.
I didn't like Michigan's adventure and mind you i am a coaster enthusiast here is my yelp review.
Compared to other cedar fair parks we hated it. The rides felt cheap and not taken care of. It was very unclean and felt like a fair more than a theme park. We went to say we did it. probably won't go again just go to Cedar Point 2 hours away.
And mind you maybe it is because cedar point is my home park but i expect better from a cedar fair park
