Me too. It has for sure as the image should incline as much as the car . I have a 7 black and it isn't like this.

Its not on a gimbal. Mounted on my Motocross helmet the visor appears to move around even though the camera is stationary. It is just the camera manipulating the image to keep the horizon level. Crops in the image 10% too but still looks very good.

Can anyone tell me if there is a super noticeable difference between 4K 60fps and 30fps when viewing on a mobile device? I’ve recorded in all different qualities and don’t quite have it down.

60fps main purpose is for slow motion down to 30/25/24 timeline. The quality difference will be only noticeable in low light because 60fps doesn't get as much time per frame to capture more light compared to 30fps therefore bumps up the ISO a bit higher (more grain / noise of the image)

I would like to think this is all in built camera stabilization, the drivers head is to centralized during the entire shot, this is where I notice optical stability is static
Completely unlike my hero 5 with karma grip and the £100 extension lead I try to use when I race go-Karting the karma grip looses it's shit in most corners and faces outwards, rarely facing the way I set it up only to return after a long straight when the gimbal has chance to catch up.
So either this is all in built stability or gopro are using someone else's gimbal as I know first hand their karma grip one isn't up to this kind of task.
