For those needing a different size, measure loosely around the baby's neck, chain until you reach that measurment. After your double crochet row you need to have enough to be a multiple of 4. If you make your chain a little longer, you can remove the extra chains you didn't need to use. You can also make adjustments for different yarn sizes and hook sizes by doing this.

Very disappointed on the 3rd video we where left hanging I had to basically do what I felt was going to make the dress come out nicely and also the back side regarding where and how to close up the back etc etc So if anyone is going to make this dress there’s only 2 parts to the dress and left hanging on the 3 rd part.
