Best part about this video besides him playing it flawlessly.... He is just a normal dude, no bullshit "metal" type clothing, demeanor, or anything. Just a normal guy, showing his passion for metal without trying to fit the crowd (and playing it better than those that do).

I remember watching this guy when I first started playing guitar and was blown away. Now 7 years later I come back and still am. I know he has a family to take care of. I respect u for that but man he was one of the guys who just has a natural talent for playing the guitar, you can see it in his technique his emotion. It's sad he had to give it up.

It's 2019 and I'm still watching Buckeye's videos for technique references. If it wasn't for him, I would have never picked up a guitar. I may never reach the skill level he has with downpicking, but he always inspired me from the start to keep my pursuit even at my current age of 24. I may never reach his skill level, but his existence alone keeps me marching towards my goals of becoming a solid guitar player.

Wow. I haven't seen this guy since I was 15 years old ten years ago, watching his Six cover. I can't believe he gained such a huge following since then! He inspired me to get a Fender Squier bass and learn Six myself. I was hoping to see a channel with a bunch of other covers but I guess life smacked him in the face. I really hope he realizes how big metal youtubers are getting lately and that he already has the beginnings of a truely large (and obviously well monetized) channel just sitting here!
